Access is through the front door off the main road, then up stairs with handrail to the first floor door entrance. The apartment is situated by a water sports and beautician facility, all guests will receive a reduction for all water sports hire equipment including surf boards, body boards, wet suits, kayaks, paddle boards and all accessories and equipment as well as the chance to partake in Gorge Walking, Canyoning, Coasteering, Surfing, Kayaking, paddle boarding at a reduced cost. The facility can also be used for sporting equipment storage if supply your own equipment. The property and location is perfect for all types of vacation including, beach holidays, family vacations, couples breaks, activity breaks, watersports, golf breaks, surfing, kayaking etc. The apartment is situated directly in front of the sea front and right next to Porthcawl town with full access to all amenities and facilities. Rest bay, Coney Beach, Newton Beach, The High Tide, The Pavilion Theatre, Porthcawl Town centre, Quest Adventures, Porthcawl surf, The beauty rooms, shops, restaurants, Porthcawl Harbour are all in walking distance. A short drive to The Pines cinema and retail complex(10 Minutes), Swansea City(20 minutes) and Cardiff City(30 minutes). It was a great place to stay, with the retractable door between the bedroom and living room area meaning it felt very spacious and light.
The fair is nearby and is quite noisy with songs playing on loudspeaker on repeat, which can get a little annoying. It does stop at night, though.
Lovely flat, spotlessly clean and everything we needed for our stay. Also a pleasant outlook of park opposite. Location was excellent walking distance to sea front and town. Host was excellent with communication. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Based in the Sea side resort in Porthcawl South Wales the property is light, bright, spacious and centrally located next to the Sea front and the town center both 3 minute walk from the front door. The central location means access to all the local amenities including beach front, restaurants, food outlets, shops, transport, swimming pool as well as local attractions such as mountains, shopping centers, Cardiff, Swansea, Mumbles, Cardiff bay etc. We have been renting the apartment to local visitors for 2 years now and the feedback has been amazing reaching superhost status. The flat is clean, comfortable and accommodating as well as being reasonably priced. Definately a great place to stay in a wonderful place to visit.
