The glass door opens wide in such a way that the living room becomes a terrace.

If what you want is to enjoy water sports in the sea, during the summer season you have a multi-water sports school a few metres from the apartment. At the school they offer classes in windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, PaddleSurf, etc.
You can also learn sailing at the Gandia sailing club.
But if you're into running, the Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal rental service). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach shore, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.
