‘Florida’ is a beautiful apartment located in Gandia beach, 200m away from it. It has room for 4 people in two separates bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, 1 en suite. The apartment has a huge balcony terraced for 4 people seating, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the sea or the communal pool and garden. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, kitchen (full equipped), towels, linen. From the kitchen, there are views to the mountains. The resort has a big pool surrounded by a garden and trees, ideal for relaxing on your holidays. There is also tennis court and private parking place. The view to the sea is from the living room, terrace and main double room. ‘Florida’ is very well located in Gandia beach, because it is only a 1 minute walk to the promenade and it´s just in the centre of the beach, so it is very well located for access to all the amenities. In winter we can offer you a heated pool in another building that we own.

No está muy lejos de la playa, las fotos se ajustan a la realidad. Es un piso comodo aunque uno de los baños es excesivamente pequeño. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. El portero automático no funcionaba.

Hacer incapie en el trato que siempre nos brinda la familia chinchilla por hacer que nos sintamos como en casa. Destaca la comunidad de propietarios ya que es muy tranquila y respetan horarios de zonas comunes y el apartamento es el mejor en cuanto calidad precio. Quizás la tostadora pan algo antigua así como utensilios cocina y de comer (tenedores, cucharas,etc)

Todo en general, especialmente el trato de los profesionales de la agencia, amables y serviciales. Resuelven el más mínimo problema en un tiempo récord. Ya es el tercer año que les alquilo un apartamento y no tengo ninguna queja al respecto. He puesto "solo" 4 estrellas al alojamiento por el tamaño reducido de los cuartos de baño.

Espectacular apartamento para 1 matrimonio y 2 niños

Muy completo, muy limpio y no faltaba de nada. La verdad que no es fácil encontrar apartamentos de playa con tanto nivel de detalle. Es el 5° apartamento en playa Gandía que estamos y con diferencia el que más nos ha gustado. Repetiría sin duda. Lo recomiendo 100% El trato de la inmobiliaria es inmejorable. Nada

Muy buena estancia

El servicio y el trato han sido como sentirse en casa. A destacar del apartamento la comodidad y la conectividad del WIFI que ha sido importante de cara al teletrabajo. Como único detalle se echa de menos un soporte en el interior de la ducha para dejar envases de gel y champú.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Muy cerquita de la playa y con todas las comodidades. Muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy nuevo. Aunque no lo pudimos disfrutar por las fechas, la piscina tiene una pinta excelente. También es muy cómodo poder aparcar en el garaje. Todo excelente. Todo estaba fenomenal, pero por ayudar a mejorar yo sugeriría cambiar la cortina del baño, es demasiado ligera y tiende a moverse continuamente mientras uno se está duchando, es un poco incómodo.

Прекрасное место, прекрасный отдых

Отличнейшие апартаменты. Видно, что уже проверены временем, но все уютно / чисто / исправно работает. По запросу нам предоставили и детскую кроватку-манеж с полноценным матрасом, и стульчик для кормления. Все новое, даже постельное белье для детской кроватки. (Что для мамы приятно и важно). Очень удачное расположение комплекса - близко к пляжу, к набережной, ресторанам - но при этом тихо по ночам. Шикарная терраса с видом на море. Чистый бассейн на территории, куда нет доступа посторонних. Своя закрытая парковка. Всё соответствует описанию и фотографиям Сковородки в квартире не пригодны для готовки. Пришлось купить в Spar свою за 8 евро. И детская площадка на территории оставляет желать лучшего

Well presented 9th (top) floor apartment as per website with well equipped kitchen

There is very efficient aircon/heating, covered secure parking and a lift. Outdoor facilities very well maintained and a nice clean pool (full of water but not used by anyone during February into March). As just a couple we liked the flat but 4 adults sharing would find it small, particularly as the 2nd "bathroom" shower dimensions are absolute minimum. The only comcern for us was that the agent/owner will NOT process the whole booking/payment through Homeaway (so no protection /guarantee - you only find this out AFTER the deposit payment has been processed through Homeaway!). The agent contacted us requiring a Bank Transfer but we always pay everything through Homeaway. We do not provide our Banking Details to anyone. As Homeaway had already processed the deposit we arranged to pay the agent the balance in cash at Gandia in January (a small diversion enroute to our first stay in Southern Spain). In all other respects the owner and manager have proved to be among the most helpful and friendly we have encountered.

Todo. Llevamos muchos años con vosotros. No hay pegas. Unicamente este año nos ha parecido un poco caro sobre todo comparado con el año pasado y las mismas fechas.

Beautiful apartment for Holiday

We arrived to Gandia on October 1st. Weather was remarkable. The owner met us about the Florida complex as we also agreed. He led us to apartments, showed apartments, explained everything and showed the place of the car parking. Apartments include 3 bedrooms, a spacious, light drawing room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a big terrace with a beautiful view. The kitchen is completely equipped by all necessary. The owner's attitude towards guests can be estimated on 5 +++. One example: we had problems with Wi-Fi in one of days. I called the owner and this problem was solved very quickly. And still there is a big pool which is open even in October, and we could enjoy swimming both early in the morning, and late at evening. We very much want to return here the next year. And, of course, the main thing is a warm sea (even in October) and the magnificent beach.

Unas vacaciones geniales

Unas vacaciones geniales. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien, habia de todo. El aire acondicionado nos fue genial. La piscina muy grande y se estaba muy bien y tranquilos. El servicio del propietario muy bien, muy puntual y agradable. La zona muy tranquila y cerca de la playa. Todo genial.
