Spacious and cozy holiday apartment for families, located on line 1 of the beach. The impressive views and the atmosphere of the 9th floor of the house will distract you from the hustle and bustle of life. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 1 double bed and 4 singles, with the option of an extra single bed. In a hundred square meters there are also 2 bathrooms with shower and a ceramic hob with fully functional appliances and necessary for the day to day of any family. Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Dishes/Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and Juicer. In the pleasant living room there is a television, Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian) and wifi internet access. The living room is framed by access to a large terrace of 30 square meters, with excellent views and fresh air. The apartment provides you with the textiles you need for your daily stay, so you don't have to worry about extra luggage. There is an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for valuables, among other amenities. The apartment is equipped as standard with air conditioning and heat pump heating. The area has a community pool for residents and guests of the building, which operates throughout the year. Excellent accommodation

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean when we arrived. The sea view is amazing and although we had a lot of rain during the month, our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. We didn't have any issues that I think you should improve. We did have power outages but I contacted you and the issue was resolved.

We needed a place accessible to the train to get to the city as well having the beautiful water front. Everything was in the appartement and the coffee machine was a nespresso which made it easy to buy coffee pods other place had other foreign appliances and was difficult to operate. There where lots of towels. We loved the cleanliness of the property. And parking was easy access to the apartment. Thank you we will definitely be back

Espectacular

El apartamento es precioso, está muy bien ubicado y tiene una terraza espectacular. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente lo que hace que la estancia sea más agradable. El wifi bien. Tiene una cocina muy amplia y bien equipada. Algún vaso y taza más ya que para 6 personas se queda un poquito corto. El timbre de abajo creo que no funciona. Un vaso de batidora estaría bien como sugerencia.

Da gusto cuando alguien lo hace bien.

Nos ha gustado la atención por teléfono y mensajes siempre atentos, la limpieza de la casa, todo el equipamiento de la cocina, como en casa. El sofá increíble, y por lo que elegimos el piso, esa terraza con esas vistas para comer y cenar en familia mejor que en un restaurante. Ha mejorar sería la zona de piscina pero eso ya sé que es de la comunidad, había algunos azulejos desprendidos y no iba acorde al cuidado detallado de su casa.

Es una vivienda acogedora y con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unas vacaciones sintiéndote como en casa. Los anfitriones han estado muy atentos a todo y super agradables. Imprescindible contratar mas potencia para evitar los cortes de luz por consumo.
