Comfortable and cozy apartment with two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms, also a large living room that connects with the kitchen.
We leave at your disposal the use of Internet and television.
The apartment is located a few meters from the Playa de las Canteras to enjoy our good weather and is also close to Santa Catalina Park, an area where the spectacular Carnival of Las Palmas is celebrated. It has a few minutes a shopping center that has several stores, including a grocery store. It has 10 minutes the most important commercial area of Mesa and López Island where all the most important fashion firms are located. It is 5 minutes from the most famous promenade of the island, Las Canteras beach one of the best beach in Spain. Around the apartment is all the most important leisure area of the island and all the festive activity of the island, being an area of the safest and most elegant of the island for its location.

Appartement très bien situé à Las Palmas
Situé dans une rue piétonne entre la plage de las Canteras et le parc de Santa Catalina. Appartement propre et calme. Seul bémol pas beaucoup de vaisselle si on veut faire la cuisine. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.
