Loft Ciudad del Mar, is a newly renovated design apartment, decorated and decorated with sea style, which has an outdoor balcony with incredible views of the pedestrian zone and the Atlantic Ocean, located a few steps from the magnificent Playa de las Canteras Beach .
Excellent location in the center of the city, surrounded by all amenities, transport, local markets and shopping areas.
The best place to enjoy a city with a scent of the sea.
The loft has a cozy and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and hanging space.
The bathroom has all the comforts (hair dryer and iron), with indirect lighting and piped music and a large rain shower. The room has heating and air conditioning, a double bed XL, a sofa bed, 50 "4k TV with smartv and wifi throughout the room, closets and a beach set (towels, bag, fridge and umbrella). The balcony is decorated with a vertical garden and has a table and 2 chairs that will make you enjoy great sunsets.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment clean and tidy and very thoughtful extras like beach towels bat and ball cards etc. Even a welcome bottle of wine !! Thank you will definitely re book when we return to visit our friends again.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo

Tanto per cominciare il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare una buonissima bottiglia di vino rosso! L’abitazione è posizionata in una zona pedonale, e la macchina può essere lasciata comodamente in un parcheggio a 400 m di distanza facilmente raggiungibile. Facendo pochi passi si arriva sul lungomare dove è possibile fare una bellissima passeggiata con locali ristoranti e pizzerie. Inoltre, c’è l’accesso ad una bellissima e lunghissimaspiaggia. La casa è davvero accogliente, dotata di angolo cottura e di un armadio a muro su misura.il bagno è spaziosissimo.i letti comodi. Che dire? È stato tutto perfetto!

Modernes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen

Das Apartment ist modern-gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants. In nur 3 Minuten am Strand und in 5 Minuten am Parque Santa Catalina mit dem zentralen Busbahnhof machen die Lage ideal für viele Unternehmungen. Kritisch anzumerken ist lediglich die teilweise hohe Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht durch betrunkene Menschen (auch werktags).

es war alles perfekt! das Appartement hatte alles was man brauchte, es war sehr sauber und sehr schick eingerichtet, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen der Host war sehr zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation sehr gut, er hat uns bei allen Schwierigkeiten und Fragen geholfen und immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Apartamento muy completo

Esta situado a escasos metros de la playa y de la estación de autobuses, cuenta con todos los servicios, hasta el más mínimo detalle. Tal cual como en las fotos. Adonay fue muy amable y nos recomendó un montón de lugares que visitar y los más recomendables para comer. Más no se puede pedir
