L'appartement en lui même est propre, confortable et fonctionnel. Il est situé à 2 min de la plage de Las Canteras (avec la plage, restos, bars) et d'un supermarche Hiperdino pour faire ses courses au quotidien, d'un centre commercial et de l'aquarium Poema del mar.Côté salon et chambre parentale,la voie rapide est très bruyante mais les fenêtres en double vitrage sont d'une efficacité redoutable. Está situado a medio minuto de la mejor zona de baño de la Playa de Las Canteras y a 1 minuto del Mercado del Puerto. El apartamento muy limpio y funcional. Wir waren schon oft in Las Palmas, aber so eine tolle Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben, die Lage wenige Meter zum Strand, die traumhafte Aussicht auf den Hafen, sowie die moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben an alles gedacht, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, bis hin zu einer Erstausstattung des Kühlschranks. Wenn in der Nähe nicht so viele gute Restaurants wären, könnte man gut selber kochen. Kurzum, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, und kommen gerne wieder.
