Zauberhaftes Appartement mitten in Lazise

Eine wunderbare Ausgangs- und Pausenstation für einen Urlaub am Gardasee! Sehr saubere und ordentliche geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lieber Angelo, es gefiel uns mehr als gut und wir würden dieses Domizil jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Buchung, Info und Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise unkompliziert und äusserst korrekt. Blick auf den See und trotzdem mitten in der City... Alles was man braucht (oder auch nicht) nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Vom besten Lokal bis zum bewachten Parkplatz,alles kein Problem. Angelo ist ein sehr lieber, hilfsbereiter Vermieter und ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Wir haben es genossen und werden es weiter empfehlen!

Lovely appartment within the city walls of Lazise

Impeccable, extremely clean and well maintained appartment. A very well apportioned two bedroom appartment with a tasteful and modern twist on traditional decoration. All mod cons available, secure parking and a good supermarket just round the corner, quiet and secure. A relatively quiet location within the old city walls to the north of Lazise - all the benefits and flexibility of having Lazise town at the door step. As a family of 4 with 2 children from age 6, we had space and home comforts (including air con / international TV / dishwasher) for us. We didn't have any issues with noise or being in the town, felt safe and secure. We lived the adventure of the weekly market from the balcony and really enjoyed the flexibility the location offered us and the kids. A lovely apartment and definitely one to recommend!

Zentral gelegene, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht

Wir hatten im Juli/Aug 2017 das Appartment Limoncenta zu 4 (Eltern u 2 Kids) gemietet. Der Vermieter Angelo hat uns supernett empfangen und uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Überhaupt war die ganze Kommunikation (engl) mit ihm reibungslos und gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, 2 grosse Zimmer zum Schlafen, 1 Bad, 1 WoZi u die Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Auch die Klimaanlage war uns sehr willkommen. Die Balkons (2x) laden abends zum Entspannen ein. Wer es zentral sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass man das Auto auf dem 3 min entfernten Zentrumsparkplatz lassen muss, weil man vor der Tür nicht parken darf (zum Entladen aber schon). Abends kann man gemütlich durch den Ort bummeln/Essen gehen, ohne das Auto zu bemühen. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass es immer etwas trubelig auf der Strasse zugeht, gerade morgens früh halten die LKW's gegenüber, um die Läden zu beschicken, Mi früh ist Markt direkt vor der Tür. Der 5min entfernte "Strand" (2 kleine Buchten neben dem Yachthafen) ist eher eine Notlösung, ziemlich schlammig, steinig und klein, kaum Möglichkeiten, zum Ausbreiten. Empfohlen wird für Lazise der öffentlich zugängliche Strand am Campingplatz, der allerdings entsprechend voll ist im Sommer (und mind. 15min strammen Fussmarsches von der Whg. entfernt ist). Wir haben uns der Empfehlung von Angelo angeschlossen und sind an den Strand bei Garda (Playa Di Sirene) gefahren (ca.20min Fahrzeit), der zwar vom Eintritt recht teuer ist, aber sein Geld absolut wert ist, Liegestühle u Parken ist for free. Die Bucht ist ein Traum, die vielen Bäume bieten ausreichend Schatten. Toiletten u Kioske/Eis gibt's auch. Fazit: Gepflegtes wunderschönes Appartment, zentrale Lage, netter Verwalter u idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee.

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby und hatten ausreichend Platz in einer wahnsinnig sauberen Wohnung, die über eine super Ausstattung verfügt (z.B. Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Geschirr, Wäscheständer, Haartrockner, etc.). Der sehr freundliche Besitzer hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 kleine Balkoneinheiten, die einem den Blick auf den Gardasee ermöglichen, der nur unweit enfernt ist. 30 Meter enfernt findet man einen Bäcker, der eine große Auswahl an Backwaren und anderen Leckereien hat. Einen öffentlichen Parkplatz findet man ebenfalls unweit der Wohnung, mit einer Dauerparkkarte kann man hier über einen längeren Zeitraum parken und beliebig oft ein- und ausfahren. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar (Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Bademöglichkeit, etc.), so dass man das Auto nur für Ausflugsfahrten benötigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt :-)

Empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr geraeumige und sehr saubere Wohnung, die von einem sehr netten Vermieter uebergeben wird. Die Lage ist toll, mit Blick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon aus. Eine Duschabtrennung und etwas mehr Geschirr/Besteck waeren schoen, aber es geht auch so, schliesslich gibt es eine Wasch- und Spuelmachine. Wir koennen die Fewo empfehlen!

Oktober in Lazisesehr empfehlenswert

Unseren diesjährigen Herbsturlaub haben wir in Lazise in dieser großzügigen Ferienwohnung verbracht und wurden in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Empfehlenswert ist diese Zeit, weil der Tourismus etwas nachgelassen hat, weil ja die Nacht schon früher beginnt und manches Geschäft schließen wird. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir bereits von Angelo, dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter, empfangen und konnten uns in englischer Sprache unterhalten. Er hat uns eingewiesen und wir waren über diese geräumigen und sehr sauberen Räume erfreut. Sogar Platz war da für unsere vielen Sportutensilien. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd und Mikrowelle. Von Vorteil wäre jedoch ein bisschen mehr Arbeitsplatz, 2 bis 3 Töpfe und ein wenig Geschirr mehr. Da die Nächte im Oktober doch auch schon frisch geworden sind, haben wir eine wärmende Zudecke vermisst. Vorhanden sind zwar 2 Decken, die uns jedoch nicht schön gewärmt haben. Mit unserer eigenen Decke konnten wir uns dann behelfen. Die Lage so nahe am See ist natürlich etwas ganz Besonderes, sogar den Sonnenuntergang konnten wir vom Balkon aus beobachten. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe viele kleine verführerische Geschäfte und Cafés / Bars und feines Eis. Unser Auto konnten wir auf einem ganz nahe gelegenen bewachten Parkplatz unterbringen und haben für 12 Tage dafür 125,00 € bezahlt. Wir möchten gerne im kommenden Jahr wieder kommen und werden das Domizil auch gerne weiter empfehlen. Gegessen haben wir in der "Cozzeria della Mura" (ganz nahe dem Parkplatz) sehr gut und hatten auch Spaß dort. "Le Ancore della Bastia" - auch direkt in der Nähe - hatte es uns besonders angetan. Das Essen und der Service hervorragend.

Once again....

After our great Holiday in 2015, we decided to visit Lazise also in 2016. For us it was clear from the very beginning, that only one of the apartments in Corsocangrande 25 will be the right place to stay. After booking the apartment in the second floor last year, we booked the larger one in the first floor this summer. Also this apartment was very clean, good appointed and has enough space to have a comfortable vacation. The location of the apartment is perfect for us. We can reach the large beach of Lazise without car and in the evening it takes 2 minutes to sit in a restaurant with a nice view over the lake.

The property is impeccably clean. Angelo is a wonderful host and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. The location is great. I can't say enough. You will not be dissapoined, and the price is a great value as the location and quality of accommodations (and cleanliness) is outstanding.

Everything well thought of

A lovely, nicely decorated and well functioning apartment in an excellent location. The apartment had a nice view from the small balconies on to the lake. All equipment were available in the kitchen, even a “Central European “ coffee maker for filter coffee. Beds pretty hard, like they always are in Italy. Brochures were available and Signor Angelo made us feel very welcome. Easy guarded (pay) parking just 50 meters away. Lazise is a nice (one of the nicest) small town on the eastern side of Lago di Garda. Good service, restaurants and shore promenade just a minute away from the apartment. Excellent location for excursions in the surroundings, like Parco Sigurta, Gardaland etc. Boat tour on the lake can be recommended. Weekly market filling the streets in Lazise on Wednesdays, local Lidl and a huge shopping centre in Affi secures the shopping needed.

Gorgeous apartment, fantastic location

A beautiful apartment which suited us perfectly (2 adults and a toddler). Situated on the edge of town, you can see the lake from the apartment balconies and be by the lake in 30 seconds, or in the town in even less! Clean and with everything we needed. Angelo the owner provided an excellent service, including a cot and bedding, and arranging of airport transfers. Buses and ferries are relatively easy to use and the apartment is close to both stops, meaning you don't need a car. Lazise itself is beautiful, compact and with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend this apartment as the perfect place from which to explore the east shore and Verona.
