Great apartment in the middle of Lazise

Excellent apartment! Location is ideal in the middle of Lazise. The town itself is one of the best in Garda area. The apartment was really clean and nice. It was a very cold week there, but heating system was very good and flat was warm and comfortable. Landlord showed very well how different systems are working there and we didn't have any problems. Wi-Fi was also brilliant: very fast and no connecting problems. Also cooking fasilities were very good.

Schöne und ordentliche Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Lazise

Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock mitten in der Altstadt von Lazise. Alles hat gepasst, Check-In unproblematisch, Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen, so nah an der Fußgängerzone, den Lokalen und der Uferpromenade zu sein und vor allem abends ohne Auto auszukommen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Corso Cangrande, d. h. dass man durchaus Autos, Menschen in den Lokalen etc. hört - wer da empfindlich ist, sollte Ohrenstöpsel im Gepäck haben ;-) - es ist halt mittendrin. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Soggiorno molto piacevole in una casa accogliente!

Ho avuto modo di alloggiare nell’appartamento per dieci giorni con la mia famiglia e il nostro piccolo cagnolino. Fin da subito ci siamo trovati bene: la casa è molto spaziosa, luminosa e godibile per cinque persone. La pulizia è ottima e il signor Angelo si è mostrato molto disponibile. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: si ha tutto a portata di mano. Consigliata a tutti coloro che vogliono soggiornare a Lazise!

Ferienwohnung Monte Baldo

Haben eine Woche zu dritt mit kleinem Hund 🐶 in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Vermieter Angelo ist super 👍 nett. Hat alles prima geklappt

Schön zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im historischen Altstadtteil. Sehr groß, alles vorhanden was man braucht! Sauber, klimatisiert - einzig die Klimaanlagen sind nicht in den Schlafräumen (man muss die Türen tagsüber öffnen).

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Tolle Wohnung, direkt in der Altstadt, Parkplatz um die Ecke, tolle funktionale und liebevolle Einrichtung. Supermarkt und Bars und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Schönes Städtchen mit guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Verona, Venedig, Bardolino etc. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühls und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder! Thanks to Angelo!

Lovely, comfortable apartment in the heart of Lazise

We stayed 6 nights in the Monte Baldo apartment on Corso Cangrande in the compact, old town of Lazise. A short walk from restaurants, cafes, bus stops and the ferry terminal. Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and with plenty of kitchen facilities. Also had a lovely view of the mountains on one side and a leafy garden on the other. No balcony in the apartment, but there was a balcony off the main stairs, to which we brought down a couple of chairs to watch the sunset one evening - with a few drinks. Angelo was welcoming, pleasant, efficient and informative, providing plenty of tourist info. A/C was good. No lift, so had to carry bags up two floors. Only real downside was the wifi. On being given the password we could not connect with any device. Angelo had to reboot the wifi from another apartment. We could then connect with two of our three devices. A little bit slow, but adequate for day to day use. It appears that the wifi serves three apartments and may be a bit over-stretched. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stayed and would recommend this apartment to couples and small families.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt !

Als erstes herzlichsten Dank an Hr. Angelo Perbellini der uns nach 5 Stunden Verspätung ( Stau , Stau , und nochmal Stau ) immer noch sehr herzlich entfangen hat . Hr . Perbellini nahm sich selbst um 22.00 Uhr noch die Zeit uns die herrliche Unterkunft ausreichend zu erklären und alle unsere Fragen zu Beantwortung . Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden . Wir empfehlen das Appartement gerne unseren Freunden - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt - und als Standort für Touren in die weitere Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der nahezu verkehrsfreien Altstadt von Lazise. Die Seepromenate, Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und diverse Restaurants und Eisdielen sind innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir denken mit Freude an unsere Urlaubswoche zurück und werden wiederkommen .

Sehr sauber, zentrale Lage, ausreichende Ausstattung, einmalige Ausblick

The flat was very clean, which we appreciate a lot. It has enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids in our case (or up to 5 adults). Location is right in the historical centre of Lazise, where all the bars and restorants are. Owesome view on the historical wall of Lazise. Right next to the long-term parking place. Right at the lake shore. The owner gives many helpfull hints for the sightseeng and so... The location is right in the party centre, where all the concerts take place till late night, so if you are looking for a quiet place, look somewhere else. Otherwise, it is a very prime location. We do not know if we come to Garda See again, but if we do, we will seriously consider booking the same place again. Thank you Angelo...

Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und zentral. Mit 2 Kindern ideal

Eine schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Der trubelige Ortskern liegt um die Ecke, sodass man in kürzester Zeit alles erreichen kann, die Straße jedoch ruhig ist. Die Anreise ohne Auto gestaltet sich durch die nahe Bushaltestelle ebenfalls unkompliziert.

Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Seenähe

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Sie war groß, gepflegt, lag nur 1 Min. vom Gardasee entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, v.a. Bäcker für's Frühstück, Parkplatz und Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, jedoch nicht mitten im Zentrum.Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant nur wenige Meter entfernt Richtung See. Herr Perbellini war sehr nett und hat uns über alle wichtigen Dingen bzgl. der Ferienwohnung informiert. Auch ein Fahrradverleih ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und wir haben einen wunderschönen Ausflug nach Garda unternommen. Meine beiden Töchter und ich würden jederzeit wieder kommen .Lazise gehört zu den schönsten Städtchen am Gardasee!

Schöne Ferien! - Great Holidays!

German Version: Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. Dieses war gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alle nötigten Dinge für das täglich Leben waren vorhanden. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man die gemütlichen Gassen der Altstadt mit den vielen kleinen Geschäften. Auch die Uferpromenade mit vielen tollen Restaurants ist nur etwa 100m entfernt. Der Große Strand (Sand/Kies) von Lazise ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können das Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen. English Version: We enjoyed 10 days in this apartment which was very clean. All things for the daily use is available. The apartment is located very well. You can reach the alleys of the old town with all the small shops in seconds. The water front with many good restaurants is 100m away. You can reach the big beach of Lazise (sand/gravel) within 15 minutes by food. We can recommend this apartment without restrictions.
