Situated on the 3rd floor of a building (with lift) set amidst magnificent gardens, this airy and elegant apartment extends over 160 m² and sleeps 11.

Enter the apartment into an expansive living room with open space kitchen, generously furnished with sofas, a desk, dining table for 10, TV and with two balconies accessed directly via large glass doors. There are five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The apartment complex boasts extensive gardens with a tennis court (on payment) and a shared 400 m² swimming pool. Cool down in the summer heat in the pool area where there are tables, chairs, parasols, deckchairs and outside showers.

As an added bonus, the apartment is very well-located, close to the centre of town and just a short distance from a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
