Beautiful Mountain View Property overlooking Gatlingburg with Water Park

A breath taking view and a sense of well-being, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In addition to the many amenities, the villa is truly home away from home. It is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious. Featuring a 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms villa that sleeps 8-10 people. The unit is a lock off unit and can comfortably house 2 families. It can be divided to give 2 separate one bedroom villas with a full kitchen, a washer/dryer combo and jetted tub, housing 4-6 people in the lock off units. The cost listed is for a 2 bedroom. The one bedroom is $399.99 per night.
There is also a living room and a balcony. The villa includes bed linens, towels, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, in-room safe, phone with voice mail, cable TV with premium channels, DVD player, free Wi-Fi internet access, satellite, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric toaster, central heat/air, dishes, cookware and utensils.
On-site dining options include Westgate Smoke House Grill, Mason Jar Lounge, Roaring Fork Snack Bar and an ice cream shop.
The resort itself is an attraction. The Wild Bear Falls indoor/outdoor Water Park entertains the entire family; with a lazy river and many water slides, tropical drinks and meals, life jackets for safety and much more. There is also a fitness center, a serenity spa, pools, hot tubs, a mini gulf court and, a game room. There is a Convenient Store for your impromptu needs. A complimentary shuttle- train- service is provided to transport you around the property. There is a zipline and mini gulf court.
This property is ideally located, providing convenient access to the major Gatlinburg tourist attractions. The Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Spa is 5 star resort 5 minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and about two miles away from the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and minutes from Dollywood Theme Park and Gatlinburg Sky Lift. In the vicinity are shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants.

You will be entitled to all the benefits of the owner and this includes 1/2 price water park passes.

Property is available 12/17 -12/24 if you choose to get away for the holiday.

We paid extra for waterpark and it was closed almost the entire time we were there with no refunds offered. Facility was nice but way overpriced. Check in process was a nightmare. We got there and were told we didn’t have a room yet. Had to wait 1.5 hours and stand in huge line twice to get our room we had booked months ahead.

Hello Megan, I am so sorry that you had a terrible experience with booking. That hardly ever happens. My sincere apology. I was told by the front desk that they had a high flow of guests coming in and out at the time you got there and that caused the cleaners to be a little behind. The Water Park was closed for a day during your stay. I had no knowledge of the events that would happen during the time to cause the Water Park to close. Again, I am sorry. I charged you $180 for your entire party of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. That price is less than what you would have paid for a one-day pass at the resort, had you purchased from them. You would have paid $60 per adult and $35 per child for a one-day pass. A 3-day pass is $90 per adult and $65 per child and that does not include tax. I informed you of this, before you purchased the optional tickets from me. You were able to use the park for 1 and a half days. I apologize but I cannot get those tickets back from the resort. The resort is a five-star resort, and I hate that all the mishaps prevented you from enjoying all it has to offer. There are so many amenities.
