We offer this villa, 4 bedrooms with large wall cupboards, air-conditioned, in an ecrin of tranquility close to all amenities (hospital, fifteen restaurants, bar bakery, supermacher DIA). the house has a freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker espresso, barbecue, and a magical solarium and several terraces. The airport of Alicante is 45 minutes, 35 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Andalusia and 20 minutes from the beautiful city of MURCIA with these mega shopping centers. There are also several golf courses within a radius of 40 kilometers and close to the beautiful palm grove of ELCHE
The baths of LOS BANOS of FORTUNA is at walking distance with these waters at 35 degrees all the year

La remise des clés c'est fait impeccablement. La villa était très propre. Très agréable de séjourné entre c'est murs. Beaucoup de très jolies chose a faire et a découvrir a une heure de temp. La climatisation de toute les pièces nous a fait rêver par c'est nuit très chaude. La piscine privée chaude et magnifique tellement agréable 🙏😊 Je recommande vivement. Merci pour tout.

We were visiting family who live nearby and this villa was ideal location for us. Easy to arrange check in and departure the only thing that was hard to achieve during our winter stay was a warm house. Logs were available for the real fire but were hard to get lit and established. Would definitely consider staying again and enjoying the fine rooftop views in warmer times
