Nice villa with stunning view to the bay of Macari, only 4,5km away from the center of San Vito lo Capo. Surrounded by the private garden of 2400 m2 with palm and carob trees, oleanders and bougainvilleas, Villa Ciusca is the ideal place to spend your holidays by the sea in a relaxing atmosphere. Located on the top of a hill, you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and starry nights.

The villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a small and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, sofa-bed, armchairs, fireplace and TV, terrace with outdoor table and chairs. Available any time of the year, the house is fresh and well ventilated in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter thanks to the fireplace.

The cooler months are perfect for walks and hikes in the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve and the famous Zingaro Nature Park, which is about 25 minutes drive from the villa. It is ideal to visit places like Mount Erice, the Egadi Islands, the old towns of Trapani and Marsala, the temple of Segesta, Scopello and many more.

Very nice place

The place and the house are very good. Really friendly hosts. Only the house is made for warm season. In march it was quite cold. Rescue in this case - the house has fireplace. Alltogether it was very nice holiday

Siamo tornati in questa casa un’altra volta e non possiamo che confermare il giudizio molto positivo. Il punto di forza è la vista spettacolare che si gode dalla casa ,è ben arredata , quest’anno c’era anche la cucina nuova , molto pulita. Il giardino è molto naturale con tante piante grasse , non adatto però a bambini piccoli. Nessun problema con gli animali . I proprietari molto amichevoli e disponibili, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema idraulico che il proprietario ci ha risolto prontamente.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das die sehr netten Vermieter Nadia und Giuseppe auch selbst nutzen. Das bedeutet, dass die Ausstattung perfekt ist. Wir durften von Nudeln über Schnaps alles nutzen (was wir nicht taten). Haus liegt oben am Hand. Einsam mit einer Riesenterasse mit Blick aufs Meer und super Sonnenuntergänge. Grill, Außendusche und Sonnenschirme runden das Außenangebot ab.Nächster Supermarkt ist 4 km entfernt. Zum felsigen Hausstrand kann man 1 km zu Fuß berab und dann wieder rauf gehen.Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe in einer liebevollen Atmosphäre liebt ist hier richtig.

Wunderbare Aussicht mit den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen

Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch. Abgelegen und ruhig, dennoch ist man schnell am Strand und in San Vito lo Capo. In den Felsen hinter dem Haus brüten Wanderfalken. Nadia und ihr Mann sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher hoch.

La casa si trova in una posizione veramente unica, ha di fronte un panorama stupendo. Il posto è molto tranquillo, la privacy è assoluta. Il giardino molto naturale, come piace a noi. La casa dentro è ben arredata e ben accessoriata. E' molto comoda a San Vito lo Capo, il supermercato più vicino è a 5 min, e anche al paese di Castelluzzo. Si trova vicino a baia Santa Margherita. E' necessaria la macchina.

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Sehr ruhig, wunderschön gelegen mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Am Nachmittag bis zum Abend kein Schatten auf der Terrasse, weil kein Sonnendach oÄ vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die gute Tipps geben.

Esperienza molto positiva. La posizione dominante offre una vista spettacolare. La casa ha qualcosa di speciale grazie all atmosfera unica che si crea guardandosi intorno. Vista mozzafiato

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Ciusca a fine giugno. Posto davvero bellissimo. La vista sul mare al tramonto davvero strepitosa. La casa offre una privacy assoluta, tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole e restituisce la piacevole sensazione di essere vissuta ed abitata dai proprietari. Nadia e Giuseppe padroni di casa accoglienti e sempre molto disponibili. Ci auguriamo di potere ritornare in futuro.

Schöne Lage, mangelhafte Ausstattung

Wunderbare Lage zuoberst im Dorf Macari. Ausstattung: Alles alt und schmuddelig. Bettdecke nicht sauber. Dusche extrem eng und die Öffnung reicht nur für eine sehr schlanke Person. Küche nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Keine geeigneten Pfannen. Jedoch: sehr grosszügiges Verpflegungs-Begrüssungs-Paket. Terrasse: schön und gross aber am späten Nachmittag keine Möglichkeit Schatten zu haben. Sonnenschirm fix montiert. Wunderbare Umgebung mit Kakteen, soweit das Auge reicht. Nadia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Thanks for your review. Some notes: Terrace/shade: from June to the end of August (summer) the sun sets exactly in front of the terrace. Toilet/shower: it is the one you see in the photo published in the description. The shower has standard dimensions of 80x80 cm. Cleanliness: we are very sorry, this is the first time we get a note about cleanliness. I guess something went wrong with the housekeeping. For sure we will be much more careful than usual. Thanks again for the feedback, it is an incentive to improve.

Meersicht mit Garten

Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus liegt einige Kilometer vor San Vito lo Capo, etwas erhöht. Die Zufahrt ist trotzdem einfach und sicher. Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Veranda mit Meersicht über die ganze Bucht, mit Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der Garten ist sehr gross und abwechslungsreich gestaltet! Das Haus ist einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Internet ist vorhanden. Wegen der sehr späten Anreise gab es alles zum Frühstück als Willkommensgeschenkt. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück sicher geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit Nadia war sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir uns nie wirklich gesehen hatten. Die Buchung/Ankunft/Schlüsselübergabe hatte dank Kommunikation mit Whatsapp perfekt funktioniert. Wir und unser Hund Bruce hatten uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt!

Very beautiful and lonesome place

We enjoyed living in this super beautiful house, apart from other people. Impressive view on the sea and mountains, with nice sun sets. That is so fantastic. Guiseppe and Nadia are very welcoming and accommodating. The interior has very high quality and is very anesthetic. The kitchen is super well equipped. Macari has beautiful spots to go swimming, is not very crowdy, in the next small town there is a sand beach and many cafés and bars. We totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr schön. Nadia und Giuseppe haben uns herzlich auch noch spätabends empfangen. Innen ist es viel schöner als auf den Fotos. So war auch schlechtes Wetter kein Problem. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Zum Strand ist es ein Stück, aber mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit, da wir mit Auto und Fähre angereist sind. Man kann sehr schöne Wanderungen machen, bei entsprechender Kondition und Erfahrung auch vom Haus aus. Alles in allem: WUNDERBAR!!!

Schöne Zeiten

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Bei jedwedem, auch noch so kleinem Problem, wurde stets schnell reagiert. Die Lage des Objektes ist einmalig. Der Blick aus Meer ist unübertroffen. Sehr ruhig, ein wenig oberhalb des Ortes gelegen. Wunderbar große Terrasse, die bis Mittag Schatten spendet. Ein kleiner Strand liegt ganz in der Nähe (quasi nur den Berg hinunter). Das Haus ist im Wesentlichen mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgerüstet. Zugegeben, das Haus könnte an einigen Stellen eine Auffrischung gebrauchen, um seine Attraktivität zu erhalten. Insgesamt haben wir aber eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Unique view

Absolutely unique location of this house! Nobody around! You see just breathtaking panoramic view of the see with gorgeous sunsets and glorious mountains are above you! The house itself is very rustic and atmospheric and it's everything needed. Different beaches up to your choice are 5 min drive! As well as supermarket and all activities of San Vito lo Capo. Hosts are excellent! Unforgettable time!
