Nice location for exploring the east coast

Location, location, location

We stayed at Casavilla du Soleil for 3 nights. It is very well located for visiting a lot of interesting sites north of Catania, like Taormina and the Etna, and just a 20 minutes drive from the airport. The house is nice and the garden and the pool are lovely, with a great view on the Etna. The owners are very nice and relaxed.

A little piece of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is located at the end of a dead end street so plenty of easy parking. I would recommend having a car for this apartment. We had a tremendous thunderstorm on our first night and had a very short blackout. Unbelievably our host came over through the downpour to make sure we were ok. There is a large grocery store about 5 minutes away to pick up supplies. We had a great dinner out at Le Serre only a few minutes away. The pool area is fabulous!

Tolle und sehr bemühte Gastgeber

Uns hat es insgesamt super gefallen. Bei Ankunft war der Pool leider umgekippt wegen eines Unwetters, dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. Sie waren sehr bemüht den Pool wieder sauber zu kriegen, es hat aber leider ein paar Tage gedauert. Da es eh kühl war, war dies nicht so schlimm für uns. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Eher klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet, aber letztlich hat nichts gefehlt. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist insgesamt wundervoll und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Ferienwohnung ist es dunkel, aber da wir eh meistens draußen waren, hat das wenig gestört! Für Familie mit zwei Kindern gut geeignet. Die Kinder (10 & 13) haben im ersten Raum geschlafen - das ist der Raum in dem man durch die Eingangstür zum Bungalow direkt kommt. Es ist ein Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenraum - alles in einem, mit der Schlafcouch zum ausklappen. Von diesem Raum kommt man zum Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank. Dort ist ein großes Doppelbett und ein einzelnes Bett. Von dort gelangt man zum kleinen Badezimmer. Resümee: toller Außenbereich mit wunderschöner Fauna und sehr bemühte und freundliche Gastgeber

Super Lokation

Sehr nette Vermieter, kümmern sich sehr um die Anlage. Das Objekt ist in einer perfekten Lage, von wo aus man mit dem Auto den Etna und Taomina in ca. 1 Stunde erreichen kann und das Meer auch schon in knapp 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Die Pizzerias in der Nähe sind alle sehr zu empfehlen.

Garden of Eden

We had a wonderful time thanks to the great care of Gisella and Orazio. We would recommend this place. The pictures are exactly as the reality. Great location to visit Toarmina, Etna, Catania, Siracusa etc. It is recommended that you have a car. In the next village you have a butcher and bakery. We loved our stay and hope to come back one day.

La struttura è arredata in modo impeccabile e non manca di nulla, si trova a pochi minuti di macchina dal casello autostradale, dal centro commerciale, dal mare...a piedi si raggiunge una chiesa ed una pizzeria...posizione ottima. I padroni di casa sono cordiali ed estremamente disponibili, cortesi e discreti, tengono i luoghi comuni in modo impeccabile. La piscina è uno spettacolo. Consigliato a famiglie che vogliono rilassarsi.

Bon camp de base au pied de l'Etna.

Giuseppina et Horacio, son mari sont très attentifs et nous ont très bien accueillis. Le patio est agréable et l'appartement est bien pour une famille. Nous regrettons juste l'indisponibilité pendant 3 jours de la piscine ainsi que l'eau chaude capricieuse, due à une pompe à pression qui a été réparée avec ténacité par Horacio.

très bel endroit pour visiter une partie de l'ile

très bon accueil, gentillesse des propriétaires, idéal pour visiter le site de l’Etna, inoubliable.... dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine (gite choisi juste pour cela) durant nos 3 jours cause problème chaleur et bactéries possibles. on reviendra....

La maison à l'intérieur est parfaitement éclairée.la nuit le jardin est illuminé partout,Je suis d'accord avec elle,nous n'avons pas eu le soleil,orage,et la pluie sans fin...inondations et morts,et elle ne s'énerve que parce qu'elle n'a pas trouvé le soleil pour éclairer ma propriété?La maison est parfaitement équipée avec tout,les 50 et 5 étoiles témoignent.Cependant, je note sa déception,si je pouvais j'aurais apporté le soleil à nous,Je n'ai pas ces pouvoirs....de temps en temps quelqu'un arrive particulièrement capricieux,peut-être qu'en France il ne pleut jamais,et dans leur existence, ils ont eu la chance de n'avoir que des jours illuminés par le soleil....Pour nous, il était difficile cette Octobre,il ne se souvenait plus depuis longtemps,ce mauvais temps durable,ils sont maintenant plus de 30 jours,quand on part en vacances on veut tous un temps parfait,mais ce n'est pas toujours possible,si vous me le permettez,lui donner 1 étoile,vous avez été moins humain et moins que jamais compréhensif.Lorsque vous partez en vacances, vous devez prendre en compte le mauvais temps qui peut arriver,personne ne peut donner la certitude que le soleil est toujours prêt à accompagner votre vie.Je sais que j'ai néanmoins livré une maison en parfait état et propreté,pour le reste je ne peux pas prendre le blâme. Vie future heureuse...

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Guiseppina! Propre, fonctionnel, décoration soignée, confortable. La piscine est un vrai plus, et même si l'espace est partagé, l'intimité et le calme y sont préservé. Nous sommes arrivés de Catane et avons visité l'Etna et Taormina pendant notre séjour, le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir les alentours. La pizzeria à quelques pas est très bonne, et nous avons trouvé tous les commerces à San Leonardello à quelques minutes en voiture. Guiseppina est très sympathique et disponible, une agréable rencontre pour nos premiers pas en Sicile ! Le seul petit point à améliorer à notre avis est la connexion wifi qui n'est pas optimale. Merci encore pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et plus longtemps!

Tout d’abord merci à Guiseppina et Orassio pour leur accueil leur gentillesse et leur conseil. La petite villa correspond en tout point à l’annonce Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût Elle est spacieuse et fonctionnelle Le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus avec soins et le résultat et remarquable. Le logement est situé proche de sites plus beaux les uns que les autres. Merci encore à la famille Grippaldi pour cette très agréable semaine

Très belle maison et accueil chaleureux

La petite maison est parfaite pour les vacances. Bien équipée, elle permet d'avoir son intimité tout en profitant du patio commun et de la piscine. La propriété, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et décorés avec goût. La maison est bien située pour partir en visites ou a la plage. Des petits commerces et une très bonne pizzeria sont situés à proximité, ainsi qu'un centre commercial. Les propriétaires sont adorables et si nous avons l'occasion de revenir en Sicile, ce serait avec grand plaisir que nous reserverions à nouveau. Merci à vous et à bientôt peut être.

Excellent séjour

Maison correspondant parfaitement à la description, bien équipée et impeccable. Belle piscine et joli petit jardin ombragé pour prendre les repas. Très bien située pour découvrir l'Etna, Catane, Taormine… Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles tout en restant discrets et parlent bien le français.
