Chapel Porth Beach, Porthtowan and Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes are worthy destinations, with good rambling territory and cliff top seascapes. Truro is just seven miles away for the retail fix, magnificent Cathedral and eateries and bars for foody feasts before the theatre or cinema entertainment. Manege Cottage makes a superb romantic escape for exploring Cornwall's hot-spot locations.
