Its location makes the studio suitable to visit the nearest places of intestes.

The studio exposed to the south and located at 60mt on le sea level, is fully equipped and very confortable with king size bed 160x200cm, free Wifi, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV with satellite and spanish channels with laptop and usb connection facilities , the kitchen is provided with induction hob, small electric oven,microwave, electric barbeque, filter coffee machine, Italian moka and DeLonghi Nepresso Vertuo, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and much more.

The big private patio in front of the studio is provided with umbella,table, chairs and sunchairs and is perfect to enjoy a nice barbeque with view on Roses bay.

The massive bathroom is provided with 2 places sea view bathtube.

Bedsheets, towels, table cloths etc are included.

A comunitary laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing is also available.

Outdoor free parking space next to the property.

The area is very quiet without any night noises and Canyelles beach is at 5mins walking distance and Almadrava beach is at 15mins walking distance on a breathtaking sea view path.

In season, Canyelles beach offers excellent, high-quality restaurants in enviable locations, cafes, and two small supermarkets very well equipped with everything needed to spend a holiday without using a car. During the summer season, the beach is connected every hour to the center of Roses by a shuttle bus
