Rosato 31-loft sea view

Wonderful suite with sea view in the center of Bari, 50 m from the famous Nazario Sauro promenade. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to spend a wonderful and relaxing stay. The historic center and the shopping streets are just a 5-minute walk away. Along the way you can enjoy wonderful walks admiring the seafront of our city and appreciate the many restaurants and local typical Apulian foods accompanied by tastings of wines from Puglia.
The apartment is carved in the typical ancient stone and is very romantic to stay, it is ideal to accommodate two people and is composed as you see in the picture from a kitchen, dining room and relax with sofa, double bedroom with bathroom. It is a new structure and has been renovated down to the last detail so that nothing is lacking to satisfy our guests. We are waiting for you

Great spot for weekend nights.

Perfectly situated for walks along the harbour front and a public beach. Bari old town was 20 minutes walk with a nice surrounding shopping district .Train station was 15/20 min walk to access other communities.

Everything was genius, close to the sea and grocery. Walkboard going to the beach 15 minutes, all ristorante close. Good for 1 or 2 persons maximum. Buses near. Finally a perfect place, including a refrigerator and a washing machine. Loved it!

Property had a bad odor in bathroom, dirty dishes in cabinet and dish drainer had mold on it. Did report to host directly at time of departure.

Ci dispiace di aver ricevuto questa recensione, ma nessuno ci ha mai segnalato quanto da voi segnalato ne al vostro arrivo, ne alla vostra partenza. L' odore del bagno credo faccia riferimento alla fogna che purtroppo nel periodo di cattivo tempo tipo giornata di pioggia purtroppo puo' accadere, ma non dipende da noi propruetari. Per il.resto di quello che e' stato segnalato ci diapiace molto e se fosse stato segnalato al vostro arrivo avremmo mandato subito la donna delle pulizie che si occupa della disinfestazione e pulizie dell' immobile.

Good location in Bari. Strange moldy smell from the air conditioning. Broken shower with limited hot water. Internet was not working for my entire stay. Property has some construction so there was construction debris in the hallway and scaffolding so there were no windows in the apt.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wszystko, czego trzeba

Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia. Bardzo nowoczesne jak na włoskie standardy. W mieszkaniu jest dosłownie wszystko: pralka, dwa klimatyzatory, balkon, TV, lodówka, suszarka z dyfuzorem, a nawet lokówka. Człowiek czuje się tam jak w domu. Gospodarz miły, dyspozycyjny i nienachalny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy promenadzie. W bliskiej odległości (10 min. pieszo) plaza Pane e Pomodoro.

Super mooi appartement, lokatie was erg goed, echt mooi en nieuw van binnen. Voor lange mensen is het oppassen het is vrij laag. Koken is wat lastiger maar alles bij elkaar een echte aanrader!

Tolle Unterkunft um Apulien rund um Bar zu erkunden

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements sind ideal. Allein die Parkplatzsuche ist für Autofahrer mit schlechten Nerven etwas schwierig. Wir hatten drei schöne und interessante Tage mit Ausflügen nach Alberobello und Matera . In Bari konnten wir das süditalienische Flair voll genießen.
