About the host
Hosted by Mary Catherine Goggin

After teaching (English) and working as a translator in Palermo for most of my working life, I stayed on as the culture and gastronomy on offer in this city are exceptional, there is endless diversity, and living in La Kalsa in the Old Town means I am surrounded by all this vitality and beauty.
Why they chose this property
As I mentioned earlier, Chez Jasmine is in a perfectly unique location, and the property itself is unique in that it is on three floors, of which the top floor is a lovely roof garden. For a couple seeking peace and quiet and every possible amenity at home, but with everything immaginable on your doorstep, this is the place to stay.
What makes this property unique
I believe I have mentioned this already: the combination of a secluded courtyard, where the only sounds are birdsong and the occasional church bells ringing, and the endless attractions outside that courtyard.
