A place where peace and relaxation are the masters, away from everything and everyone but always a few minutes from the sea.
The villa which is located in a natural park, where you can see donkeys, horses and birds of all kinds, offers 3 totally independent units, one next to the other.

La villa è molto bella e molto confortevole, a parte che non sarebbe male poter usufruire di una lavastoviglie (in vacanza è piuttosto gradita) e magari di una dotazione di stoviglie un po' più nutrita; ma a dispetto di ciò, il soggiorno è stato singolarmente gradevole per tutti noi. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto la costante assistenza di un gentilissimo addetto di fiducia: gentilissimo ed efficiente. Complessivamente tutti e dieci i componenti della famiglia sono molto soddisfatti. L'unico neo è il rumore di fondo che proviene dall'autostrada; secondo me la proprietà dovrebbe ottenere l'installazione di una barriera antirumore dalla società della autostrada. Questo neo giustifica le quattro stelle per la posizione (quasi mi dispiace dare questo giudizio), sicché le quattro stelle costituiscono un giudizio paradossale, considerato il sito della villa: la posizione della quale è un vero e proprio unicum, poiché la vista spazia dalla costa fino alle Eolie, e non ti annoia mai.

Villa Ale

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus in den Bergen von Capo` d`Orlando. Traumhafte Pool Lage mit nettem Ambiente und wirklich authentischem alten Bauernhaus/Stall. Leider wird es danach ziemlich eng mit den positiven Punkten, ach ja die vier Klimageräte am und im Haus sind super. Fangen wir mit der Verständigung an. Im Expose steht spricht Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch. Das stimmt für den Vermieter, die Leute vor Ort sprechen nur Italienisch sonst nichts. Aber mit Händen und Füßen geht das, diese sind übrigens seht freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war schlichtweg eine Katastrophe: Küchen siffig, Bäder nicht gereinigt von den Vormietern. Kommen wir nun zu der Inneneinrichtung, diese gehört dringend erneuert, es sieht ein bisschen aus, als ob der Sperrmüllrest von der Straße im Haus gelagert würde. Keine Ablagen für Wäsche im Schrank, wir haben zwei Wochen aus dem Koffer gelebt. Die komplette Liegen und Bestuhlung der Terrasse incl. der Tische sind komplett runtergerockt und durch die Sonne ausgehärtet, So das eine Verletzungsgefahr besteht durch Bruch und bei der Abreise wird man noch darauf angesprochen das zwei Liegen kaputt sind, mehr als peinlich. Es wurden für zwei Wochen Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt, dieses wurden in den zwei Wochen nicht erneuert, so dass wir selber die Sachen in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine aufgefrischt haben. Habe ich so in noch keiner Mietvilla erlebt. Unterm Strich haben wir uns in einer traumhaften Location gut erholt. Die Bilder die in dem Inserat gezeigt werden sollten mal durch neue ersetzt werden, da der Ist Zustand ein anderer ist, als auf den Bildern. Wenn Sauberkeit und Ausstattung dem Preis angepasst werden, kommt von mir gerne eine Empfehlung, So wie es jetzt ist, stimmen Preis/Leistung nicht überein.

Had a fantastic stay here everything you needed was there. The pool area was amazing . Ate in most nights as was equipped to do so, we used all 3 houses, our 3 boys loved to sleep in the own private house and to be honest was a good things for adults too :) Federico was fantastic went above and beyond with help when I had to leave urgently a couple of days early, and was always on the end of the phone if we needed info etc. Would love to go again.
