Villa Oasi is located in the beautiful countryside in the heart of the Lazio region, on the outskirts of a village called Arce. The villa is situated on a hillside amidst an acre of private gardens and woodlands.

Villa Oasi offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a private 9m x 4m swimming pool. With plenty of indoor living space, outdoor terraces and gardens this is a fantastic place to spend your holiday. Many holiday lets boast of being ‘unspoilt’ or ‘away-from-it-all’ but Villa Oasi really is in a beautiful part of Southern Italy, between Rome and Naples, that is completely untouched by tourism.

If spending time al fresco and slumbering among the trees fires your imagination Villa Oasi is the place for you.

The International airports are Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino and Naples Capodichino all approx. 50miles away.


The Villa: The villa comprises:
Swimming pool, gardens, 2 terraces, garage.
Cloakroom: toilet, wash hand basin, bidet
2 x lounge areas with sofas (one area with balcony)
Dining area
and comfy seating for 6

Kitchen:
Dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer.
Utility Room: washing machine.

Play room with TV, DVD library, Wireless internet connection, air hockey table, board games, exercise bike.


First Floor:
Master bedroom with on suite shower, bidet, wash hand basin, toilet and balcony.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 = Double bedroom
Bedroom 3 = 2 single beds with balcony, these 2 rooms share the master bathroom on the 2nd floor with bath tub/shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.

All bedrooms are equipped with electric fans.

The villa is equipped with external CCTV
