Delightful villa about 400 meters from the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. The house was finely renovated last year, with great love. The cozy interiors house a double bedroom, a double room, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen; outside it has a large covered loggia with sea view, equipped with table and chairs to eat outside. The garden is enclosed on four sides, very well maintained with lawn. Equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue, private parking inside. Located a few steps from the center, services, shopping centers, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy etc. Excellent accommodation for two couples with children, for families with children etc.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus
Wie immer ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf der Trauminsel Sardinien.
Tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht... toller Meerblick von der Terrasse.
Strand, Lokale, Supermarkt - alles zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
