Fabulous apartment with WIFI, TV and free pool

Welcome to this wonderful and completely new apartment in one of the most popular complexes in Costa Adeje ..
The complex is located on the cc Costa Adeje with many shops, restaurants and bars, in addition to the fantastic promenade with access to a few minutes on foot to different beaches.
The apartment is on the ground floor with independent access, has free WIFI and TV. It is 50m² and has a 16m² terrace decorated in ethnic style so that guests can take advantage of good energy.
Night area: the bedroom is separated from the kitchen / living room. The bedroom has a double bed with duvet, there are lamps that illuminate in a romantic way, a night table, TV and from the bedroom you can go to the terrace directly and look towards the sea and the island La Gomera which is in front of the Tenerife island.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a large sink with drawers underneath, a large mirror, a bidet, a toilet, a shower of 150 x 70 cm with a normal shower, there is also a hair dryer, a 3D mirror and several bathroom accessories.
Kitchen / living room, a new kitchen with wood sheet, two plates, fridge-freezer, a microwave / grill function, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchen utensils and crockery for 3 people. There is also a table with four chairs. There is an iron and an ironing board.
Terrace: The terrace is large 16m² overlooking the pool and the sea, there is a table with four chairs, a washing machine, a drying rack and a storage box with broom, etc.
A highchair is available for a small additional fee.
It is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the terrace.
The apartment is completely cleaned on arrival with bed linen and towels.

2nd time staying in apartment. Everything we needed for short break. Fantastic balcony. nice pool area. 15 mins walk to beach. Uphill on way back but kept us fit. If we go back to Adeje would definitely go back.

Very clean and comfy apartment near attractuons

The flat is very comfy and quirky in its dedign. There is an anazing sea view and superb sunny terrace. The apartment is located up a steep hill but taxis are cheap and frequent. It can be vert hot as there is no aircon. The pool is large quiet and spotless the Italian lady Barbara meets you and gives you all info. Cleaning fee is paid directly to her. All in all a super apartment with everything neede. Highly recommend.

Perfekte Unterkunft für individuellen Urlaub

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Unterkunft für einen Urlaub, mit traumhafter Aussicht und Pool! Der schöne Torviscas Strand und der Puerto Colon sind zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist es eine gute Lage nahe der Autobahn um Ausflüge zum Teide oder rund um die Insel Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!zu machen.

T was oké, maar weinig luxe. Geen bank of TV, alles wiebelt of zit los. Terras erg vol vlekken. Maar we kwamen voor de zon en die scheen volop!

Apart verblijf

Als je binnenkomt kijk je je ogen uit. Het ene na het andere bijzondere object en schilderij spat van de muren. Ik vind het niet lelijk, maar heel druk. Er was niet een makkelijk zitje, alleen 2 harde ongemakkelijke eetkamerstoelen.Het blad van de eettafel zat los en wiebelde als je er maar een hand op legde. Niet alles werkte goed, bijvoorbeeld een lamp knipperde als je hem aandeed. De warme kraan van de wastafel zat muurvast. Er was geen beweging in te krijgen. De parasol op het balkon hing er in flarden bij. Een van tuinstoelen was gammel. De gastheer Roberto, die iedereen leuk vond, was er niet wel Barbara een bijzondere niet warme vrouw. Ze appte toen we weggingen : gooi de sleutels op tafel en trek de deur dicht. Ze kwam zelf niet. Toen we buiten stonden, bij ons vertrek, ontdekten we dat een jasje nog binnen hing. Barbara kwam niet om het op te lossen. Het kostte veel om haar te bewegen het jasje terug te sturen. Ze vond veel uitwegen het niet te doen. Ze zou het uiteindelijk sturen, maar ze is niet meer te bereiken en we weten niet of ze het nog gaat sturen. Toch we erg jammer en een slechte service.

Magnifique endroit avec piscine

Très beaux séjour dans une résidence très calme avec piscine vue sur mer ce qui est particulièrement agréable avec la chaleur de Tenerife. Un joli cocon doté d’une terrasse superbe pour le couché de soleil. De plus, tout était à disposition pour la cuisine, salle de bain et chambre. Centre ville à 15min à pied et océan a 20min. Hôte très accueillante qui parle français. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr schöne Wohnung

This place was absolutely terrible. No siting except deck chairs. Bed was damp. Little cooking falcilities. Outside area looked like someone was adjacent to us. Rubble and tac in balcony. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. In fact we checked out the next day.

Dés l'arrivée Barbara nous réclame 30 euros pour le ménage, ce qui n'était pas précisé sur la contrat et qui n'était donc prévu. 30euros de ménage pour 3 jours de présence!!!!!!. Des consignes dignes de maternelle nous ont été dites et sont affichées dans la chambre et le couloir ( ex - ne pas manger dans la chambre, ne pas recevoir d'amis sans prévenir.Manque de vaisselle; trop de bibelots qui encombrent.Pas de chance la piscine était vide. Appartement trés bien situé et terrasse agréable. Wifi ? Heur

Die Räume sind eher verspielt als praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt zu wenig Ablageflächen; der große Fernseher an der Wand ist kaputt und wurde durch einen kleineren ersetzt, den man nur im Schlafzimmer benutzen kann, wo es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Toilette besitzt einen High-Tech-Sitz, der nicht angeschlossen ist, und so die Sitzfläche halbiert. In der Dusche und am Waschbecken sind schwarze Flecken, die nach Schimmel aussehen. Handtücher (2 große und 2 kleine für 2 Personen) und Bettwäsche wurden in den 2 Wochen nicht gewechselt "Das ist ja kein Hotelservice". Wasser in der Dusche und Spüle laufen fast nicht ab; der Überlauf der Spüle ist nicht angeschlossen und das Wasser läuft auf den Boden. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur eine kleine Heizplatte mit Aluminium-Espresso-Kanne. Die Beleuchtung in Küche und Schlafzimmer ist katastrophal. Die Terrasse liegt den ganzen Vormittag im Schatten, dafür gibt es ab Mittag gar keinen Schatten mehr, denn der 1,50m-Sonnenschirm ist defekt und lässt sich nur in ein Bambusrohr am Geländer einstecken. Es gibt keine Liege, um sich in die Sonne zu legen. Außerdem ist die Hälfte der Terrasse mit ein paar Paravents abgetrennt. Auf der anderen Seite lebt die Vermieterin mit ihrem Sohn und dem Hund, der sich gerne mal durch die Lücken zwängt und herüberkommt. Privatsphäre ist was anderes. Pool und Poolbar in der Anlage, aber schließen um 18:00 Uhr Keine Mülltrennung; Wertstoffcontainer ca. 100m entfernt an der Hauptstraße. Pluspunkte: Wifi ist stabil im Megabit-Bereich. Zum Kochen gibt es zwei gute Induktionsplatten. Das Haus liegt hoch oben am Hang weit von der Hauptstraße entfernt; mehrere Restaurants und eine Apotheke sind nur eine ca. 50m hohe Treppe entfernt. Vermieterin spricht ganz gut deutsch, und reagiert auf Probleme recht schnell, ist aber auch ziemlich unfreundlich. Von der Wohnungsbeschreibung stimmt folgendes nicht: Bidet - nicht vorhanden Parkplatz - wegen Bauarbeiten in der Nähe außer am Wochenende immer voll

vielseitiger Aufenthalt mit fantastischem Ausblick

wir waren 10 Tage vor Ort, gute Ausgangsstation zum Entdecken der Insel, meist Parkplatz in der Strasse gefunden. Die Bauarbeiten gegenüber sollten bald beendet sein, am Wochenende und Feiertags ist es richtig ruhig. Die grosszügige Terrasse mit Traumausblick war der Hauptaufenthaltsort- Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Zugang über den separaten Eingang über einige Stufen war praktisch, so mussten wir nicht durch die Ferienanlage pilgern. Barbara als Nachbarin war stets sehr hilfsbereit. Das Dekor hat uns gut gefallen, mal etwas anderes......

Amazing sunsets

This apartment was a perfect choice for our January stay. We could enjoy everyday sunset from the balcony. You have everything to make a perfect dinner.
