Great place that only needs a litle bit more

What a great place, location, view. We loved the location. The bedrooms and bathroom are perfect!. The towels heb not been changed as promised, the apartment is rather sober, little decoration and cosiness in the sitting area are misging, no cushions for the chairs on the terrace, no beach chairs and some basics in the kitchen (coffee with pods / nespresso) dishwasher, basic spices (pepper and salt, for example) are missing for me .

Fantastic location The electrics only worked partially (defective switches / defective light bulbs) and the kitchen utensils and the general equipment of the apartment do not really meet the high standard of the apartment.

No apto para gente mayor o con problemas de piernas

Lo que más nos gustó fue su ubicación, las vistas desde la terraza, zona de parking cerca, admiten mascotas y limpio. Lo que no nos gustó fueron las escaleras, que para ir de un sitio a otro tienes que estar subiendo y bajando. Solo tiene un baño. Poner unos aires acondicionados frío/caliente para no estar con las estufas encendidas, lo que conlleva un consumo de luz extra.

One of the best locations in Villajoyosa

The location is superb, just 20 meters to the beach and 50 meters to the sea. A little renovation is needed for the floor and the bathroom.

Las vistas del apartamento son estupendas, desde el sofá, o desde la terraza te enamoran, sin dejar de mencionar que las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas.. La nevera necesita renovarse, está muy desgastada, otra cuestión es el baño, sube muy mal olor por las alcantarillas.

Muy buena ubicacion. La atención de Ricardo para llegar, y la comunicación durante la estancia. El apartamento cuenta con el menaje de cocina necesario, así como sombrillas para la terraza o la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias.
