La Tenada, is a house located in Alea (Ribadesella) in an environment between the sea and the Mountain. The house has everything you need to be comfortable with all the necessary elements in the kitchen and bathroom to enjoy some pleasant days. It consists of two independent rooms, one with a double bed of 1.35 x 2.00 and another with two bunk beds of 1.90 in length by 90 in width and another independent bed of 1.90 x 90, complete with their bed sheets . The living room is independent and cozy, with wood stove,. The house is ideal for 5 people. The kitchen is independent and the bathroom has a 120-foot long shower tray.

Alea is in rural surroundings, surrounded by mountains but only 6 km from Playa de Vega. The village is very nice and close to a river where one can bathe, there is a restaurant bar and they have products of first necessity. Strolling through the surroundings is very satisfactory and there are routes to Mirador del Fito and Pienzu peak from the same town.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien orientés par les propriétaires (à distance) puis accueillis sur place par Nieves. La maison est très agréable, bonne literie, cadre superbe, des balades à faire dans les environs. Le restaurant du village est top (recommandé par Nieves), nous y sommes allés 2 fois en 3 jours :-). Nous n'avons pas rencontré Miguel Angel mais avons été accueilli par une personne très gentille (qui ne parle qu'Espagnol). Nous manquions par contre vraiment d'explications pour arriver et avons dû tourner une demi-heure dans le village avant de trouver la maison. Le village d'Alea, à environ 20' de Ribadesella, est un très joli village authentique. L'endroit où se trouve la maison est paisible avec une jolie vue dégagée. La terrasse est agréable avec un barbecue et une grande table (quand on peut l'utiliser car nous avons constaté qu'il pleut souvent dans le coin !). La cuisine est bien équipée mais il manque un lave-vaisselle. Les chambres sont petites mais correctes. Par contre, le salon et la salle de bain sont vraiment petits et globalement la maison est humide et pas très confortable quand il pleut et qu'on ne peut pas utiliser la terrasse. La propreté laisse parfois à désirer. En conclusion, le séjour était agréable mais globalement la maison est chère par rapport à la prestation.
