About this property

Villa Colonya is a truly amazing property, situated in the beautiful valley of Colonya, enjoying delightful views over both the countryside and mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. It is located within easy reach of the much loved old town of Pollensa, yet very close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente as well as to the golf course of Pollensa. It can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Villa Lonya was built by a well-known local builder and is designed in a traditional, Mallorcan style, with exposed beams and lofty ceilings on the interior, and expansive, stone covered terraces on the exterior, in order to provide a superb holiday experience to our guests.

A short driveway leads up to the villa and the large covered terrace. The front door opens into an extremely spacious lounge/dining room and on into the fully fitted kitchen. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a welcoming twin bedroom with stone floors and beamed ceilings, and a full bathroom. From the lounge, a wooden staircase leads up to another pleasingly decorated twin bedroom.

Outside, there is a large swimming pool, a barbecue and eating area (with the walls adorned by agricultural and artisans tools ). There are extensive, well cared gardens with lawn and trees making this a perfect place for families with children. Under the covered terrace there is also a table tennis.

Estancia maravillosa

La casa muy cómoda y el jardín y la piscina muy agradable. El personal muy atento en todo momento para ayudar en lo necesario. Muy contentos con el trato recibido, hicieron todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Alguna cosilla de mantenimiento mínimo, como la alcachofa de una ducha que no funcionaba bien, pero nada importante.

Espectacular

Todo, el sitio.Los jardines ,la zona de barbacoa ,la piscina con dos alturas y escaleras, un columpio de madera, los árboles frutales, el silencio, la tranquilidad.La casa es preciosa ,ropa de cama genial las camas cómodas, los baños estaban muy bien con toallas de cortesía. Mesa de pin pon, muy divertida.La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, te dejan una bolsa con muestras de sal,aceite etc que va genial.La empresa muy servicial y atenta.La entrada y salida a la casa el checking es independiente.Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa, queremos repetir.El mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado.Es todo perfecto.

Relaxing break

The pool and outdoor spaces were very comfortable, extensive and well-maintained. Perfect for relaxing and eating outside. The location was very peaceful and the fruit trees in the grounds were great - fresh figs for breakfast! The interior felt dated and tired - the walls need repainting and the furniture could perhaps be updated. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery etc. but there were no kitchen supplies which might have been useful.

Alojamiento genial aunque con el propietario demasiado cerca

Tanto la casa como el entorno es ideal para desconectar e incluso perder las ganas de visitar calitas de piedra. Las instalaciones como la barbacoa o la piscina son geniales. Hay que vigilar porque en cualquier momento puede aprecer el propietario a limpiar la picina por lo q el tema de la intimidad es un problema. Tanto el día de limpieza ofertada (inexistente) como la posibilidad de que se presente el propietario en cualquier momento con la escusa de limpiar la picina sin avisar son un claro punto de mejora.
