Enjoy a special holiday in the Pla de Mallorca. Old farm of the seventeenth century recently restored. It is 16 minutes from the beach. Ideal for families.
The Finca Es Rafal de Son Bacs is located on a hill with a wonderful view in the countryside near the village of Ariany. Here tourists seeking peace find the perfect oasis for an unforgettable holiday in an old stone house whose charm will captivate them right away. It is a rustic house that has satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The outdoor area has 400 square meters of terraces, a chill out area, barbecue and a 12 x 5 meter pool. The entire property is 13700 m2. The villa itself offers a living area of 340 m2 with 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite), 1 large dining room, kitchen, entrance and living room overlooking the pool. The dining room is located in the old barn and has an old 5 m long teak table from Burma. The cozy living room with satellite TV and billiards is located next to the pool. There is a ping pong table and a trampoline. Enjoy this old farm of rural Mallorca surrounded by nature, but only 16 minutes from Playa de Muro, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bay of Alcudia.

Great stay

Everything about this villa was right for us. Close to other family in Ariany. Inland Mallorca is great. Weather was mostly warm, bit couldnt open doors because of cats. Chilly in the evenings and mornings, but no central heating. Overall, we enjoyed staying here very much.

Great place for larger groups

There were 8 adults in the house and we all really enjoyed the holiday week. A simple communication with Caty in advance, who answered our questions very quickly. Very easy key handover. The beautiful dining room or the outdoor area with a barbecue area and a beautiful dining table are impressive. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large refrigerator and oven: everything you need for a large group. The pool area also leaves nothing to be desired, there were 8 loungers at the great pool. We will definitely come back. Thanks to the nice hosts!

Wij hebben met onze kinderen, partners en kleindochter een super vakantie gehad. Na een hartelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw voelden wij ons meteen op ons gemak. Het huis ademde veel sfeer uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was de kers op de taart.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach unvergesslich. Super schöne Finca mit sovielen Details und Extras die es rundrum perfekt machen. Es fehlt an nichts und von der Buchung bis zum check out war es unkompliziert. Ganz liebe Besitzerin. Alles gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben bei fewo und die Bilder sind 100 % realistisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wundervolle Finca

Die Finca war für uns (4 Paare) optimal für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Es gibt mehrere Rückzugsort, so dass auch jeder mal seine Ruhe haben konnte und eine schöne überdachte Terasse mit grossem Tisch, Grill, Tischtennisplatte und Loungeecke. Optimal für die im Mai nicht so warmen Abende und Platz für alle. Die Finca ist liebevoll ausgestattet und gepflegt. Es ist alles toll organisiert. Die App zur Toröffnung hat gut funktioniert und uns auch direkt zur Finca geführt. Der Empfang durch Caty war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Unsere Reise war im April, zu dieser Zeit war es sehr kalt im Haus und es dauerte ca. 2 Tage bis man in den Räumen eine angenehme Temperatur hatte, davon abgesehen war alles andere perfekt auch die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nett und war innerhalb von 5 Minuten vor Ort wenn man Hilfe benötigte

Tolle Finca

Die Finca ist außergewöhnlich, tolles Ambiente und sehr viel Platz. Die Vermieterin Caty ist sehr nett, unserer Bitte die Koffer vor dem Check-In einstellen zu können wurde umgehend zugestimmt. Bei unserer Ankunft standen Getränke und ein kleiner Snack bereit. Im Haus ist alles was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen ist angebracht für Einkauf und Ausflüge.

Heerlijke week in deze finca

Onze week in februari in deze finca was heerlijk. Weliswaar vroeg in het jaar maar toch een aangename temperatuur. De kinderen hebben zelfs nog gezwommen in het zwembad. Het huis heeft zelf genoeg te bieden voor een comfortabel verblijf. En is een mooie uitvalsbasis om Mallorca van alle kanten te verkennen.

Besser geht's nicht!

Die Finca ist traumhaft, alles tip-top, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben hier als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbraucht. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und sehr aufmerksam, wir hatten sogar gekühlte Getränke bei unserer Ankunft. Wichtig: Ein Mietwagen ist ein Muss. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschöne Finca, perfekt für zwei Familien

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (8Personen) tolle zwei Wochen in der Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist von der Straße nicht einsichtig und hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Räume sind alle großzügig geschnitten und die Ausstattung super. Der Salzwasserpool, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, ist der perfekte Ort zum entspannen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war toll und unkompliziert. Die Finca liegt ca fünfzehn bis zwanzig Minuten vom Strand und der nächst größeren Stadt Can Picafort weg, Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Ansonsten rund um ein toller Ort zum entspannen und abschalten mit Kindern.
