Great house for a large group! You could not ask for a better location in Pinehurst. Short walk to the village and the brewery. Nice quiet street with plenty of parking both at the property and on the street. The house is laid out perfectly for a golf group. We had 12 guys and it was plenty of room for everyone. The coach house in the back is very cool. And the backyard is great for hanging out if the weather allows. We would definitely stay here again (in fact we are talking about going back).

Great for large group

We had a great weekend getaway at the Craddock. It was perfect for our group of 6 couples. The location couldn’t be beat - a short walk to the Spa, shops, and dining. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Great Pinehurst Stay!!

Property was a great option for those looking to stay off resort. We had beds for each of the members in our group and plenty of bathrooms too. The pool and poker tables were great night time activities, and proximity to the brewery/ downtown/ Pinehurst clubhouse was amazing! Highly reccomend!

Beautiful historic house that's well appointed and right in the heart of the village. Perfect for a weekend golf gathering of life-long friends. The guest house is outstanding. Brandon is a great host.

Stayed here for a wedding

We had a wedding in Pinehurst and used the house as a home base for 10 friends. It was excellent and just what we needed. Updated appliances, nice, spacious bathrooms. We loved it!

Perfect

This was the perfect property for our group of 8. This 1896 home in the Village of Pinehurst was wonderful. The home had everything we could need, including a nice pool table and recently renovated kitchen. We were able to walk everywhere - morning coffee, dinner, and shopping. Our host, Brandon was outstanding. I highly recommend this property.

Father/Son Pinehurst Weekend Part 2

We rented this property along with the Scituate House which is next door. The yards are connected and it was super convenient for our large golf group of 12 guys. The house is great and the garage pool hall with 2 murphy beds was a big hit. Great property in a great location.
