Lower level has approximately 3,000 sq.ft.-(1,500 sq.ft. which is finished with recreation room w/fireplace and pool table room).

We are very selective on the rental of this grand home. Our desire is to rent this on a very limited basis in order to help in the maintenance of this historic home. The home has been completely remodeled and furnished in 2016.
