Luxury apartment close to golf, beaches and marina in Vilamoura

Luxury 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment located in Victoria Boulevard, an exclusive, private development of apartments & town houses only 75m from the club house of the Victoria golf course.

The boulevard runs through the development leading to the the new five star Anantara Hotel, which has a state of the art health spa. The Boulevard is located in between the Millennium golf course and the internationally renowned Victoria championship golf course, designed by Arnold Palmer and home to the annual Portugal Masters Golf.



The resort is arranged in two halves on either side of the boulevard with a pool each. The one on the east side has a pool bar open in the season. There is free communal WiFi around the pool areas.



In the area there are six high quality golf courses within 5 km including the 27 hole Vila Sol course home to the annual Sir Bobby Robson Golf Classic which is still held in his memory by Lady Elsie following his sad passing in 2009.

Vilamoura International Marina which boasts 1000 berths is is a few minutes away by car or taxi and is surrounded by chic boutiques and restaurants including the famous 7 Bar named for it's owner famous Portuguese footballer Luis Figo who plays in a number 7 shirt.


For beach lovers the miles of golden sands of the award winning Falésia beach are close by. Also within easy driving access of Almancil Loulé, Albufeira, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Comfortable, spacious and well-located flat.

Ideal for a family holiday. The children loved the outdoor space and the swimming pools. The balconies are ideal for meals and relaxing. A 10-minute drive from Falesia beach. I recommend it!

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe von sehr guten Golfplätzen und Vilamoura ist gut erreichbar. In den Räumlichkeiten ist alles vorhanden was man selbst im Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und hilft mal runterzukühlen. Der Pool ist gut erreichbar und einigermassen sauber. Da sich sehr viele Tauben in der Umgebung und auf den Dächern aufhalten, ist Vogelkot allgegenwärtig. Die Wohnung war im ersten Durchgang leider nicht gut gereinigt, wurde aber nach einem kurzen Anruf am nächsten Tag Grund gereinigt, Die Terrassen sind leider auch von den vielen Tauben stark belastet, daher ist es unumgänglich jeden Tag zu Fegen. Das Wöchentliche Putzen hat gut geklappt und ebenfalls der Einkaufsservice bei der Ankunft. Alles in allem ein guter Urlaub. Die Lärmbelästigung war gerade noch im Rahmen.
