"BEL MARE" - YOUR BEACH & ROMA HOLIDAY!

"Bel Mare" means "Beautiful Sea" which is a fitting description for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air-conditioned ground floor flat on a tree-lined street a minute away from the beach that can sleep up to 4 people. The property has independent access to the street with gated and secure entrance. There is a small patio leading to the front door.

KITCHEN
On entrance to the flat, there is a kitchenette with gas stove and oven and ample cabinets.

LIVING ROOM
Leading from the kitchen to the right, with sliding partition is the living room. This large room has a dining table. There is a double sofa bed and a single chair that also converts to a bed. The is a large cabinet for storage and the television. There is a DVD player that can be attached.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

2ND BEDROOM
The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a third pull out bed. There is also access to a bathroom and access door to the parking lot and storage shed. There are two wardrobes that form part of the bunk bed.

BATHROOMS
The flat has two full bathrooms with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet and toilet.

STORAGE
There are two storage areas above below the ceiling with plenty of space to put suitcases and miscellaneous items. There is also a secure storage shed in the rear of the flat with outdoor access.

AMENITIES
The property is fully air-conditioned by remote control.
There is a television and a DVD player that can be attached.
There is gated parking and a parking spot at the rear of the flat.
Bikes in the storage shed are available for use.
There is no fixed Internet service in the flat, but we will work with you to provide mobile Internet connectivity that will work anywhere in Italy! This is a much better option for the holiday traveler who will be out and about!

LOCATION
The Bel Mare flat is walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, the train station and main square and avenue of Viale Italia.
Rome is a 30 minute train ride and there is easy access to all of Rome's airports by public transportation.
