The very cozy and spacious air-conditioned terraced house with large covered terrace on the ground floor and free parking near the house. The accommodation is located in Zambratija, a small fishing village with a magnificent equipped, sandy beach, excellent for families with children or couples. The house has 2 double bedrooms, linen provided (weekly change), each with an air conditioner, 2 full bathrooms with shower, towels provided (weekly change), a washing machine, open kitchen with 4 hotplates, microwave, fridge with freezer and living room with sofa bed for two, and an air conditioner, free Wifi internet access, satellite TV. The large 12 sqm terrace with garden furniture to spend the summer evenings with friends.

The sandy beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas only 300 m away, restaurants, beach bars, grocery store, pizzeria nearby. Possibility to go for walks and bike rides. The location is quiet and sunny, only 4 km away from the center of Umag.
The apartment is located in Zambratija a small fishing village near Umag. The area is unique for its well-equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is an excellent place to spend your evenings relaxing while admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks from the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is excellent for having morning coffee.
In the area there are various sports possibilities, excellent fish restaurants, pizzerias, beach bars. It is possible to make various excursions for a fee by booking at Trevitours: boat trips, by bus, trip to Venice, PN Brijuni, Pula.
In Umag there is a children's playground, aquarium, museum to visit. A few kilometers from Grissignana the city of artists, Motovun the city known for the film festival, Hum the smallest city in the world, Istralandia (water park) and more.

Sunny week in Croatia

We had wonderful week in north Croatia. We were there together with a other two couples - in total 6 pax. Apartment was nice and clean. Kitchen wasn’t too big but well equipped. In apartment we spend most of the time outside on the veranda, where with curtains we could cover windows when the sun was shining. There is a walking distance from apartment to the sea – you can chose few beaches – from sand to rocky once. In addition – nearby there are many places to visit around – such us Motovun, Groznjan (my favorite), Hum, Poreč and Rovinj We had two covered perking places for our cars. I fully recommend this place for vacations, for those who want to spend time on the beach, as well as visit delightful cities. Greg

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Daher super ruhig und eigener Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber top gepflegt. Der Empfang und die Einweisung war extraklasse. Direkt alle Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken usw mit Adresse bekommen. Einen Stadtplan mit allem was man braucht. Der weg zum Strand ist etwa 5 Minuten. 4 Sterne nur, weil du fast für alles ( Essen, Eisdiele usw) wegfahren must.

Das Haus ist klein, einfach eingerichtet aber sauber mit einer großen Terrasse. Eine ruhige Straße nicht weit weg von Meer. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Super Erholung

Alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, was bei Tagestemperaturen von 35°C und Nachttemperaturen von 25°C sehr von Vorteil ist. Lediglich in der Küche hätten ein paar Teller und Messer mehr nicht geschadet, war aber nicht weiter dramatisch. Am nahe gelegene Sandstrand (ca. 5 Gehminuten) war zu jederzeit ein Liegeplatz frei. Die Liegen und Schirme (20€ für zwei Liegen + Schirm) haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern lieber in Eis umgesetzt. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsammer Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung auf für größere Familien.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat mehrere SchlafZimmer. Perfekt für Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Der Strand ist in Laufweite. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber, ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und man braucht nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub

Ampio appartamento con terrazzo, con due bagni e due cqamere, in zona tranquilla, con posto auto, fornito di tutto il necessario, in buona posizione a poca distanza da belle spiagge (5/15 min a piedi) , un po' fuori Umago, ma che si può andare velocemente in auto, nella frazione ci sono i servizi necessari (ristoranti e market)
