Spacious apartment for 2 + 2 persons 35 sqm, on the ground floor, with a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, table with chairs and kitchen, spacious complete bathroom with shower, 10 sqm terrace with garden furniture and pool view, air conditioning, TV satellite, free Wi fi. The apartment is only 300 m away from the beach and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Free access to the pool, hot tub, deck chairs, umbrellas, bicycle use, free public parking near the house or near the apartment, barbecue, public playground near the house.
From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).

* the tourist tax €1.40 per adult per night to be paid in cash upon arrival
* Final cleaning fee €50 payable on arrival to the owner in cash.
* On arrival to be paid in cash the registration 7 € per person only the first day.
* Deposit is paid on the spot € 150, and refunded at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
* Guests are kindly requested to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
