Directly overlooking the sea, Casa Lea is a nice and welcoming apartment ideal for spending a holiday. It is located in a quiet area of the city, a few meters from the free beach, on the edge of the area of naturalistic interest at the mouth of the Nervia river and in front of the cycle path. The small terrace allows you to eat facing the sea. Nearby there are excellent restaurants and pizzerias, gardens and playgrounds for children. Ideal for visiting the hinterland, with the medieval towns of Dolceacqua, Apricale, Pigna and Rocchetta Nervina, and the historic center of Ventimiglia, among the most important in Liguria, with the sandy Calandre beach. It is also a few kilometers from the Balzi Rossi beaches, the Villa Hambury Gardens and the French Riviera. Two bicycles are available for guests. Fantastische Wohnung

Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen hier verbracht! Die Ferienwohnung war für uns Zwei perfekt.Der Meerblick einfach toll und der Balkon war großzügig und man konnte hier die Mahlzeiten perfekt zu sich nehmen. Die Cote d‘ Azur ist auch schnell erreichbar.

Il ballatoio che conduce all'appartamento si trova sul retro dell'edificio e non gode di una felice architettura e di un bell'affaccio,ma,appena entrati nell'appartamento,si è abbracciati da una intensa luminosità e da una spaziosa vista sul mare e sul curato giardino regalate dalle ampie vetrate di camera e soggiorno e che conducono sulla spaziosa terrazza attrezzata.Posizione molto tranquilla,poichè si trova alla fine della passeggiata.Il rumore del mare e i versi dei gabbiani sono stati la colonna sonora della vacanza.Confortevole l'appartamento dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici(microonde,lavatrice,lavastoviglie,aspirapolvere)e di abbondanza di stoviglie e di biancheria.Utili anche i generi di prima necessità e i detersivi messi a disposizione e che denotano l'attenzione della proprietaria,cordiale e disponibile, nei confronti degli ospiti.Comodo il posto auto,anche se non riservato,nel cortile del condominio(accesso non chiuso da cancello),nel caso di non disponibilità di quelli presenti in strada.Disponibili biciclette.Durante il nostro soggiorno(in marzo)ci sono state giornate di forte vento e gli spifferi dei cassonetti delle serrande facevano entrare parecchia aria fredda:noi abbiamo tamponato con degli stracci,sarebbe utile sigillarli.Qualche lieve sbavatura nella pulizia.Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e speriamo di poter tornare

What a fabulous place to stay. Clean. Superbly equipped. 20 minutes walk along the sea front to town. Restaurants and cafes close by. Stunning views from the balcony. I can highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Casa curata, attrezzatissima,pulita, un' ottima location in una zona tranquilla ottimo x famiglie

Sono stato per tre settimane ospite con la mia famiglia di 4 persone con 2 bimbi poccoli presso casa Lea,e mi sono trovato benissimo perché la casa è super attrezzata completa di tutti i grandi elettrodomestici(tranne il microonde). La casa si presenta pulita ed accogliente,in una zona tranquilla e comoda a tutti i servizi, 2 km circa dal mercato coperto e a 1 km da un market.vicino anche ad un bel parco giochi molto grande situato a 600 metri da casa.la casa è attrezzata in oltre anche di biancheria da casa, attrezzature da cucina, ombrelloni, sdraio, bicicletta, detersivi per la casa, e tutto ciò che serve a viverci. La Signora Monica è molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto sempre con pazienza e gentilezza alle mie molteplici domande. E mi ha anche contattato prima di partire per rassicurarmi sulla fornitura di base data a disposizione, che ripeto molto ampia!Sicuramente torneremo come ospiti presso questa casa, la consiglio a tutti soprattutto a chi ha bambini piccoli, ( con pannolino ecc),perché affacciandosi direttamente sulla spiaggia non bisogna portarsi borse e borsoni a spiaggia x i cambi, e ci si gode a pieno il mare anche facendo orari ridotti di permanenza a spiaggia.
