Welcome to Les Girelles, a charming air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, directly on the seafront in the sought-after Menton Garavan district. Just cross the road to reach the beach !

You are only a 5-minute walk from the historic center and local shops. Ideal for up to 4 guests, it offers all the comfort needed for a perfect stay on the French Riviera.

Paid parking is available in the "Blue Zone" on the avenue directly in front of the building. You can easily purchase a weekly pass (only €15 per week) using the PayByPhone app.

The Garavan train station is just a 10-minute walk away—perfect for a quick trip to Ventimiglia, Italy, to enjoy the famous Friday morning market !

The 42 m2 apartment is on the ground floor with sea view, and has a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 travelers. At the back of the apartment a small sheltered private courtyard is accessible from the kitchen (ideal for dropping beach clothes and drying clothes).

The accommodation includes all the necessary equipment for cooking and washing clothes, and also offers a WI-FI connection, television (TNT).

The apartment is air conditioned, which is much appreciated in summer when temperatures can soar.

Bedding and linens are provided.

Bath and hand towels are provided.

End-of-stay cleaning is also included in the price.

In the 70s style, the apartment will not be suitable for people looking for a modern and contemporary interior. However it will be perfect for people who prefer the location and proximity of the beach, the historic center and shops but have a limited budget!

Rétro à la plage .. Retro @ The Beach

L'appartement répondait très bien à nos besoins et était pittoresque avec son ambiance rétro et chaleureuse. Avoir des extras comme un caddie, des chaises de plage et des parasols était merveilleux. Christian a rapidement répondu à nos messages et a été utile à bien des égards. The apartment met our needs very well, and was quaint with its’ homey retro vibe. Having extras like a shopping cart, beach chairs and umbrellas was wonderful. Christian was quick to respond to our messages, and was helpful in so many ways.

Quelques jours de repos , de randonnées aux alentours de Menton, Balade à la "Tête de chien" où s'offre à nous un magnifique panorama, surplombant la mer, Monaco, le temps doux pour ce mois de Février a permis une agréable journée. Malgré effervescence due à la préparation de la fête du citron, j'ai profité des restaurants dans menton, avec un accueil très sympa. La proximité de la mer depuis l'appartement n'est pas à négliger. D'autant que celui ci est lumineux, et spacieux. Son propriétaire est à l'écoute, il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

Trés bon emplacement mais bruyant

Logement mal insonorisé. La commune de Menton au lieu de verbaliser à tout va pour les stationnements ferait bien de contrôler les motos roulant à des vitesses excessive et dont le bruit est une vraie nuisance.

SUPER VACANCES !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à MENTON, l'appartement est très fonctionnel, il y a une petite cours intérieure fermée qui est très appréciable par forte chaleur. Super situation géographique face au bord de mer, plage, restaurants et bar. Proximité du vieux Menton c'était super !!!

Posizione strategica, ottima

Tutto è stato veramente ottimo, gentilezza, disponibilità, l’appartamento è nel centro di Garavan a due passi dalla stazione (Garavan) e dal centro storico, il mare basta attraversare la strada. L’unico appunto, sarebbe opportuno dare più attenzione alla pulizia della casa.
