The studio is located on the Promenade du Soleil, by the sea, near the CarnolĂšs Garden, 5 minutes walk from the shops of Roquebrune, 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the center of Menton. Possibility of free parking and bus serving Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice (including airport shuttle) at the foot of the building. Many immediate access to the sea. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, sleeps 4 (a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in a separate area). The terrace, very nice, overlooking the sea and can see the old town and Cap Martin. Air conditioned apartment.

Very good stay

The check in process was very hectic. Had it not for our dumb luck in finding a lady that spoke Italian we would still be trying to find the apartment that was listed. Parking was also very expensive although this not the owner's fault she no doubt had a parking space in the apartment parking garahe that she might be able to rent for less than street parking costs. But, the location and views were wonderful. The apartment is small but totally adequate for 2 adults. The apartment has everything one would need.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und es war auch diesmal wieder sehr schön. Alles hat gepasst und wir lieben den Ausblick auf das Meer einfach. Kurz vor der Reise entschied sich mein zweites Kind auch mit auf die Reise zu kommen. Das war fĂŒr die Vermieterin ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem. Dominique war wieder sehr flexibel bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles!

Som sÄdan en fin lille lejlighed. Den har en fantastisk udsig, lige ud til vandet. Ligger rimelig centralt og ikke langt fra den gamle by. Lejligheden ligger lige ud til en meget befÊrdet vej , og det svÊrt at snakke sammen pÄ altanen, samt stÞjgener om natten. Lejligheden fremstÄr meget slidt og ikke speciel ren. Gammel nedslidt hÄndsÊbe pÄ badevÊrelset samt et badeforhÊng der var gult af kalk og ikke sÊrlig rent.

Great location

La Promenade du Soleil is the best place to stay in Menton if you enjoy the sea and the sun!Being there while La FĂȘte du Citron is going on, is amazing.The studio is well equipped and nice. Situated very close to Roquebrune and shops for daily life.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement oĂč la vue sur mer fait rĂȘver. La situation de l’appartement entre Menton et Roquebrune permet d’alterner les destinations pour aller Ă  la plage, se balader en fin de journĂ©e profiter des spectacles de soirĂ©e. L’appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© aussi bien en Ă©lectromĂ©nager qu’en accessoire en tout genre. Les instructions laissĂ©es pour organiser son sĂ©jour sont claires et traitent de tous les sujets ( transport, activitĂ©s, commerces
.) De plus la proximitĂ© d’arrĂȘt de bus et de gare sncf permet de se dĂ©placer sans avoir besoin d’utiliser sa voiture. Tout est donc rĂ©uni pour passer un excellent sĂ©jour.

Une vue splendide !

TrÚs bon accueil et réactions rapides à nos questions par téléphone . Merci Martine ! Le studio est bien équipé, bien placé à proximité des petits commerces, des plages, de la gare. Nous avons pris le train pour aller à Monaco, Sanremo. Rapide et pratique..Et le bus pour aller à Saint AgnÚs avec un chauffeur italien trÚs folklo... En bémol, on le savait, le bruit de la circulation, mais on avait prévu les bouchons d'oreilles pour la nuit et le canapé convertible trop souple et bruyant dÚs que le conjoint bouge ! J'ai dormi dans un des lits superposés. En résumé, je recommande ce lieu et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Lovely flat, lovely Place at Menton

The stay in Menton was quite wonderful. The apartment is located innermost line to the sea, so you can see the sea directly all day - beautiful. In the apartment is available everything you need, so you can cook and eat very well there. The apartment is overall lovingly furnished and we were very happy there and will certainly vacation there again. Walking distance to some very clean beaches, the sea has been very warm in July. We were also able to take surfing lessons. The only negative is the road that lies between the apartment and the sea (only two lanes, but quite noisy). The key transfer with Dominique has worked very well, thank you for the kindness.

Logement agréable et non loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Bien équipé avec un joli balcon face à la mer. Seul bémol, la circulation intense sur la chaussée.
