Podere i Casini is a typical restored hamlet, made up of a main building and one other, in stone, for a total area of 750 sq. m., holding up to 24 persons with 12 double bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. There is also a large fenced park, fenced private pool, tennis court, ping pong table, an equipped pergola and barbecue, Wi-Fi, central heating, fans in all bedrooms and parking. It’s ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to spend time together whilst also having their own independence.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The whole property is immersed in a large private park, fenced, of 1.8 hectares, made up of low vegetation, lavender, various flowers and plants, cypresses, olive trees and ancient oak trees. Guests can also use a private, standard measurement tennis court, as well many lawns, several furnished relaxing areas, a large paved courtyard and a spacious canopy with tables and chairs for outdoor meals where the whole group can meet up and eat. By going through a tree-lined path, just a few metres from the villa, you can reach the beautiful swimming pool, in a sunny position overlooking the sweet surrounding hills. The fenced pool measures 5 metres by 15 with a depth of 1.4-2 metres and is perfect for swimming or just for cooling off during hot summer days. An area paved with white travertine, on one side of the pool, is furnished with sunbeds, beach chairs and umbrellas. From here, a few steps lead down to a technical room with small bathroom. The property is enriched by a small but lovely consecrated church, available only in case of services. You can reach the property from an impressive iron gate, beside which there is the large park car park.Interior
The indoors have all the typical elements of Tuscan tradition like wood beams, cotto flooring and large windows. The main building holds 3 apartments, each with separate entrance. The first apartment, 180 sq m, is on the first floor. An outdoor staircase with 15 steps leads to a typical loggia, furnished, with arches, with a small living area in wicker. The entrance leads to the living room with sofas and armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 large double bedroom with fully functioning traditional majolica stove and 2 bathrooms with bath.
The second apartment, 200 sq. m., is on the ground floor and has two entrances on opposite sides. The courtyard leads to a closed veranda with huge windows which can be used for outdoor meals thanks to its long table and benches, but it’s also perfect for relaxing moments or for playing table football. The other entrance leads to a living room with sofa, satellite TV and ornamental fireplace, from which you can reach the well-equipped kitchen/dining room. This apartment has a double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed as well as two spacious bathrooms with bathtub.
The third apartment, 160 sq. m., has two entrances and is on two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where you will find a splendid kitchen/dining room, fully equipped, a living room with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and fireplace, a twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. A cotto-tiled staircase leads down to the ground floor (with outdoor access as well) with a double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, 1 bathroom with bath.
Separated from the main body there is the annex of 220 sq. m. that develops on the ground floor, consisting of a large living room with large fireplace, satellite TV, well equipped kitchen / dining room, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom both with access to the garden, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower. A laundry room is available for the guests.

Location
Podere i Casini is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, in an enchanting, uncontaminated position, surrounded by holly oaks, junipers, arbutus and broom trees, as well as a natural habitat with many typical animals of the area. The property is the result of a careful restoration of the main building of what used to be a farm, where tools and sheep were kept.

All the apartments have a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, Wi-Fi, central heating, fans in all bedrooms, baby bed and hairdryer.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity, gas and internet consumptions, baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are: dinners and cooking class with local chef, breakfast, hired help and babysitter.

Important Information
Swimming pool open from May 1st to October 31th. The deposit is to be paid via Paypal at least 1 day before arriving, and will be refunded via Paypal up to 7 days after checking out. Parties and the consumption of food and drink are not permitted in the fenced pool area. Loud music must be limited, and lowered by midnight at latest, in any case. There is a keeper who discreetly takes care of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool and lives occasionally in a apartment in the property, ensuring full privacy and exclusive use of the whole farmhouse.Activities and Distances
You can participate in many activities, including: visits to natural reserves, castles and the Medieval town of Casole d’Elsa, as well as trips to Tuscany’s art cities and the renowned Chianti area. The coast is just an hour’s drive away. You can visit and taste products of the surrounding farms and wine cellars, like the one just a few hundred metres away.
