My Space Barcelona 2 - Duplex for up to 16 people with terrace and pool in the center

Welcome to My Space Barcelona!

This newly renovated and fully equipped 85 m² apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers optional parking in the same building (30€/day). The minimum stay is 1 day and can be extended up to 11 months, ideal for companies or students.

Important information before booking:

The property manager will send a link for the first 30% payment (we do not accept American Express).
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before entering the apartment or in cash at check-in.
A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in, with a refund processed within 7 to 14 working days.
Travel cot: 20€/day. Not guaranteed, must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.
Arrival outside of hours: Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. An extra charge of 50€ in cash will be applied for arrivals outside these hours.
The tourist tax applicable in Barcelona will be applied.
No smoking policy: Smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of 400€.
No parties or meetings: If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a 400€ fine will be imposed (in addition to the police fine).

LOVELY APARTMENT

I stayed in this apartment with my husband and mum for 3 nights. We could not fault it. It was spotless, which is always a major concern for me. The kitchen was well stocked and within walking distance to metro. Nice frankfurt restaurant by the corner. We would highly recommend staying here.

Appartement bien situé mais mal équipé

L'appartement est mal entretenu : porte de la salle d'eau qui ne ferme pas Canapé déchiré.... Et il est mal équipé : 2 verres à vins et 2 coupes à champagne pour un appartement pour 6 personnes 2 petits gels douche et shampoing par salle de bain pour 6 personnes et 5 nuits A l'arrivé la carte pour l'électricité n'avait pas été paramétrée, donc pas d'électricité en arrivant.... Beaucoup de petites choses qui font que la location n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons à Barcelone mais nous ne passerons plus par cette agence de location.

La porte de la salle d'eau qui ne ferme pas et le canapé déchiré ne sont pas acceptables, tout comme l'approvisionnement insuffisant en verres à vin, flûtes à champagne et articles de toilette pour six personnes sur cinq nuits. Nous regrettons également l'inconvénient causé par la carte d'électricité qui n'était pas paramétrée à votre arrivée. Ces problèmes ne correspondent pas à nos standards et nous sommes désolés que l'hébergement n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous apprécions que vous nous ayez signalé ces problèmes et nous prendrons des mesures immédiates pour y remédier. Nous regrettons que cette expérience vous ait conduit à ne plus vouloir utiliser notre agence et nous espérons pouvoir regagner votre confiance à l'avenir. Cordialement

Could be a whole lot nicer!

Arrived at the apartment, building looks great from outside but once inside the apartment(no4) is a bit of a let down. Ripped settee's, dirty walls with what looked like blood on them, no lighting in the dressing room area in main bedroom, rear patio door doesn't lock, rear shutter doesn't lock, no kettle or hairdryer in the property (although the management team did get them on day 3 for us) the whole place needs a good update and the security at the rear sorting.

Upon arriving at the property I was shocked to find a dingy, dirty apartment. The showers were filled with mold and the beds felt like cardboard. I ultimately left the property the next morning. The company did not respond to my phone calls and will not respond to my emails. Upon calling over the next weeks I was told to call back when a manager was there - when I asked when that would be, they said "sometime tomorrow." When I called back several times, no one answered, so I left a message and still have not heard back. I'm at my wits end and deserve a refund. I will say, the building manager was very lovely and kind, although we had a language barrier in communicating (which is on me, not him).

Recomendado 100%. Vinimos a Barcelona para visitar a un familiar y encontramos este apartamento disponible. Es un dúplex muy amplio con una gran terraza. También tiene una psicina comunitaria que es una maravilla pero lamentablemente por el frío no la pudimos usar.
