The Centric Sagrada Familia neighborhood of Barcelona forms part of the Eixample of Barcelona and it is a relaxing residential area of the city. The wonderful temple of the Sagrada Familia, masterwork of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudí is located absolutely in front to our building. Likewise, just 100m around our placeis plenty of servicesthat makes our apartments a perfect option for a comfortable vacation stay in Barcelona.

This comfortable 65M² apartmentis situated on the 3rd floor. This building has no lift to access to the apartment. Stairs are easy to walk up and our reception staff will take care of your luggage up and down. Apartment has four balconies(two in the bedrooms and two at living room) something that it is unique in the city, making the apartment extremely luminous.

You also have access to an incredible 130M² private terrace/solariumin the top of the building. Garden pots decorated with Gaudí style mosaic make it very pleasant. It is equipped with table, chaise lounges and big parasols and exterior lights. Perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the most privileged view of the Cathedral, which is lit up until the night. Furthermore, the terrace is also equipped with plugs for electrical devices.

An amazing stay

Such a great place with phenomenal views in an excellent location for visiting everywhere we wanted. The manager and our driver (Carlos) to/from the airport were both great and made the apartment check-in and airport arrival/departure processes simple and seamless.

Beautiful view!

Was our favorite apartment on our three week trip. The view is breathtaking and it was hard to leave the room because you just wanted to stare out the windows. Great AC and it had a washing machine/dryer. It had everything we needed. There are a lot of stairs (like most apartments in Europe) so if you have any knee problems, you would want to be on a lower level as there is no elevator. Rooftop terrace was amazing also. There is an Exercycle up there and many tables with amazing views. really great place.

Fantastic Apartment!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! The view was phenomenal (unreal really!) and the location was fantastic. I slept really well in the double bed and the stairs leading up to the apartment made for great exercise after a long day of tapas ☺️. I reported a small damage to the sink upon our arrival and they immediately addressed and replaced the faucet within 24 hours (the old one still worked fine, it was just crooked). I was super impressed and grateful!

The best vacation experience ever!

We are family of 4 that stayed at this wonderful place for 9 days. Staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean, spacious, good AC, good wi-fi and we had everything that we needed for our stay. You can tell that the owner listens to the guests and does everything to improve the quality of stay. I have no remarks just praise. Great location too , right next to the Sagrada Familia, the view from the room and from the top terrace to die for. Even the small restaurant that is right next to this place was fabulous. Great chef and delicious food!!! I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely come back.

What a view!!!!

Family of 3 visiting Barcelona for a long weekend. Loved this apartment! The view was stunning, the roof deck a wonderful place to have a glass of wine in the evening. Apartment had plenty of space and everything we needed although we did not cook! Everyone who helped us during our stay was wonderful. My only caution is that the owners rent out multiple units in the building. There is no elevator so if you are on one of the higher floors, there are quite a lot of steps (we were on floor 4). No issue for us but mention if helpful for others.

The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the second floor unit and it was darling! The rehab work is outstanding. Arturo welcomed us and Alexis checked us in. He was very helpful in pointing out stores and metro lines. They ordered taxis for us that showed up exactly at the time specified, if not early. The area felt very safe and Arturos restaurant food was delicious. You sure cannot beat looking out the window and seeing Sagrada Familia!!!! The rooftop is sweet too. We loved it and highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very comfortable for a family, and the view from the apartment and rooftop terrace is spectacular! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating as well. We definitely got some exercise with the stairs though. While I slept soundly, the traffic noises from the street with open windows could be an issue for light sleepers.

Artuor the owner is so responsible and have been contacted me since I booked and keep me on the loop and even before I will stay in their apartment I contacted him to keep my luggages 2 days before since I am travelling to Girona before staying in his apartment his welcome and hospitality which is the highlight of our trip and make our trip very enjoyable. The apartment is located on the 4th floor the apartment staff helped up to carry our luggages up. The apartment is newly renovated and clean the stunning view of Sangara Familia is nothing can bit. Highly recommend this apartment to stay in Barcelona. Love it :)

EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!

Arturo and his company are incredible. We stayed on the second floor and had a beautiful view of the park and Sagrada Familia. They also helped acomodate my 2 year old with toys, pack and play and mattress. I ran into Arturo several times during our short stay and he was always quick with a smile and helping hand. (Whether it was luggage, getting a cab, or serving us food from his delishious restaurant next door) this is hands down one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed in. Every time I visit Barcelona I plan to stay here. Thank you again Arturo!!!!

What a great place to stay! The view can't be beat, the beds were so comfortable we slept wonderfully every night, and the location meant for easy walking to many locations, and a close metro stop for those places a bit farther away. The rooftop is also great for an evening bottle of wine!

A million dollar view and very good restaurant at GaudisNest apartment

The apartment has a view that is just awesome and it is very convenient as it is near the metro lines. The restaurant downstairs had very good food and excellent service. The only consideration is the 4 flights you have to go up but for us it was worth it, would definitely stay there again. Arturo thanks for keeping in contact with me prior to the trip and for inviting us to try the restaurant.
