The apartment also provides free WIFI, a washing machine/dryer and central system of heating & AC. Linen and towels are provided. High chair and baby cot are available upon request and availability. The apartment is equipped with security system. It is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator in the building .

- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
