About this property
Toad Hall, Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk
Located in the coastal village of Burnham Deepdale, Toad Hall is a charming converted village school house, full of character with many original features. Close to Burnham Market and Brancaster beach, this hideaway is ideally located for exploring this beautiful stretch of coastline, as well as many unmissable rural locations.
Perfect for family gatherings, this dog-friendly property boasts a spacious sitting room with vaulted beamed ceiling and cosy wood burning stove, ideal for relaxing on cooler nights; and a large beamed kitchen/dining room, perfect for socialising. On warmer days the french doors open into the pretty gated garden for summertime dining and barbecues.
There are four bedrooms in the cottage, three downstairs which all have vaulted ceilings. Upstairs, on the first floor is the large master bedroom with a beautiful leaded glass window overlooking the garden and a large family bathroom.
This traditional flint house has off road parking for up to four cars and is in a superb location, with a small supermarket and an array of shops just a stone's throw away. The renowned White Horse pub/restaurant and family-friendly Jolly Sailor pub (voted best family pub/restaurant recently) is within easy walking distance, as is the harbour and the salt marshes.
Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
The single beds in bedrooms three and four are slightly smaller than a normal 3' single bed therefore, they are more suitable for children.
There is no starter pack (tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.
Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.
