This comfortable apartment is located in Zierow, to the world heritage city of Wismar is about 8 kilometers. The child-friendly, flat beach is only 800 meters away. The apartment is located in the attic of a detached house and has a separate entrance. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. The premises include a beautiful kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all beds are made fresh upon arrival), a small library and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the garden there is a private terrace with patio furniture, parasol and barbecue. Here you can spend relaxing hours outdoors. A beach chair and two pool chairs invite you to relax. A ping-pong table with net, rackets and balls, a badminton and a Bouleset and a sandpit with sand and play sand are available. W-LAN for free in the house and in the garden. The well-developed Ostseeradfernweg leads directly past the house. In only 800 meters away there is a child-friendly, flat sandy beach with playground, mini golf, small petting zoo, free fitness equipment, indoor playground "Willi Wattwurm", basket and beach volleyball court, beach bar, restaurant, cafe, snack bar, Fischbrötchenmanufaktur.Wismar is only about 8 Kilometers away, Rostock and Lübeck can be reached after about 65 kilometers.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Lage. Es ist vieles in wenigen Minuten per Kfz zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist in wenige geh Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat schöne große Schlafräume die Wohnküche lädt zum gemeinsamen kochen und beisammen sein ein. Zu der Wohnung gibt es auch im Garten ein Garten Bereich mit Sitz Möglichkeit. Auch ein wichtiger Punkt: Der Vermieter der dort im Haus wohnt ist sehr zuvorkommend und lässt einen die Freiheiten alles nutzen zu können. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Es ist eine sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist mit allen Verbrauchsmaterial, wie Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtabs, Frischhaltefolie usw, ausgestattet. Sitzgelegenheit in einen sehr schönen Garten. Einrichtung ist nicht die neuste, aber völlig okay. Leider benötigt die Wohnung dringend eine Grundreinigung, die Fliesen, Heizkörper und Küchenschränke etc. Müssen dringend gereinigt werden. Wenn dies geändert wird, kommen wir gerne wieder

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Und vom Grill bis zum Bollerwagen ist alles vorhanden sogar eine eigene Terrasse im Garten. Der Ferienort ist klein und überschaubar. Der Strand sauber und man kann sehr weit ins Meer laufen, perfekt um die Kinder spielen zu lassen.

Ein gelungener Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist kompakt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das große Bad mit einer Dusche und Badewanne ist für einen Strandurlaub (mit entsprechend viel Sand) sehr geeignet. Die Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank noch mal an die beiden.

Schöne Wohnung, aber mit einigen Schwächen. Pluspunkte: Große Schlafzimmer, Möbel Großes Bad mit Dusche und große Badewanne Fernseher in jedem Zimmer und Leseecke in Flur Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen, Schatten und Spielmöglichkeiten Grill Bollerwagen Minuspunkte Keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer sehr heiß, auch wenn da Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern stehen Keine Spülmaschine Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig Fliegengitter wäre auch in den schrägen Fenstern schön
