Luxury Boho Spanish Villa

A stunning modern "boho" designed villa located close to the town of Moraira and just 500 metres (5 minute walk) away from the beautiful Bay of Baladrar on the Mediterranean sea. Recently built, this villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3.5 bath and an additional bed in the "sótano" if required.

On entering, you will find a large open dining, living and kitchen space that gives a great feeling of spaciousness and serenity. Through its large floor to ceiling windows on the ground floor you can enjoy easy access to the terrace, the 10m x 4m swimming pool, outdoor dining, barbecue area and loungers. There is also a fitness area close to the outdoor shower.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and a terrace. The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor with a modern en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe . The master suite also enjoys sliding glass doors going on to a large private terrace with patio furniture to relax and take in the sea view. The basement is a cozy space for those wanting to relax or work out.

Quite simply, this villa is just perfect!

We spent the most amazing week at this luxurious property. From the moment we arrived, the owners were friendly and helpful and provided us with all the information necessary to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Quite simply, the villa is wonderful. Imagine everything you’ll ever need for the perfect holiday and it’s available, even right down to every kitchen utensil you could imagine. The owner was so thorough that even when we questioned if there were any cushions for the rattan style sunbeds (there were none), he arrived the next morning with a full set of cushions at no extra cost. Overall, the villa description is 100% accurate and caters for everything you will need. Every room and the outside areas were immaculate with lovely finishing touches including complimentary toiletries. So, the area.... The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and the terrain is a bit hilly in places but having said that we went with and elderly relative who is not very mobile and we coped really well with a wheelchair. There are two lovely restaurants within 100m of the villa but many more a short drive away so we would definitely recommend a car. The Pepe la Sal supermarket is only 2 minutes away and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The town of Moraira is a 10 minute drive and is stunning. Baladrar beach is also worth a visit with the most amazing views of the Mediterranean from the beach bar / restaurant. All of this is just a 1 hour drive from Alicante airport. This is a 5 star villa and comes thoroughly recommended for your perfect holiday. We didn’t want to leave and given half the chance will be back!

Our beautiful new villa is on a level plot close to the sea. We love the boho Ibiza-style design, the floor to ceiling wrap around windows that bring the inside and outside areas together, and the master bedroom terrace with the views of the Mediterranean.
