Hikers and cyclists will find many trails right outside their door leading to river beaches, schist villages and panoramic vistas. Nature lovers will be thrilled by hooting owls, nightjars and a plethora of butterflies. Nestled between the Mondego and Alva rivers, this stunning apartment with granite walls, and cathedral ceiling is located in a peaceful and idyllic setting overlooking the Caramulo Mountains. Coimbra, Viseu & the Serra Estrela mountains are all less than an hour's drive away.

The kitchen, dining and living area is open-plan and features modern appliances, a dining room table that seats six, an antique writing desk, cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams, granite walls, highly polished wood floors, and a wood salamander. No less than eight sets of windows offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the garden. The bathroom and the Caramulo bedroom are located just off the living area, but the Garden View bedroom is down a short hall, offering a bit more privacy and easy access to the garden and pool area.
