The recently refurbished apartment is located on the central Nora street, opposite "S. villa. Maria "ancient villa designed by the architect Gaetano Cima in 1838. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building; consists of a large living area with kitchenette, laundry service, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. Completely restored and finely furnished. It is about two km from Nora Beach and Su Guventeddu Bay.

Lovely Experience

The apartment is detailed perfectly. Not one thing left out. Groceries, bakeries, restaurants etc. are all right there. No worries about noise with the rolling shades and thick windows that keep all the happy voices and laughter of peak season vacation time out if you don't want to hear it while still enjoying the historic center, close to everything! The view of the lovely villa off the balcony is almost surreal. Remigio is awesome and now my good friend in Sardegna. Experiences like this make my traveling heart happy!

Fantastic Apartment and Amazing Host

We stayed in this property the first 2 weeks of August with our 2 young children aged 5 & 7. We were met at the property by the host Remigio. Seeing the children were hot and tired after travelling all day, Remigio went and brought them both a Gelato. That was a really nice touch. The property was clean and spacious with Aircon in all rooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of space in the large fridge/freezer. The town centre was less then a 5 minute walk away, which came alive in the evening with lots of nice restaurants and live music. Although we were close to the small town, the apartment was very quiet, with no noise at all. The beach of Nora is lovely and just a couple of minutes drive away, or if you wish to travel further the spectacular beaches of Chia are about 20 minutes drive. Also if you have children the BluFan water park if just a 10 minute drive and makes for a great day out We would certainly stay again and a big thank you to Remigio (and his niece, Paula) for the incredible hospitality you showed our family during our stay. Hope to see you all again soon.

A perfect holiday

We have just returned from 10 perfect days at this apartment. It is located in an attractive and quiet street in Pula, only a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Nora beach and other points of interest are easily accessible. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. However, it was our host Remigio who made our trip particularly special - he was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a holiday in this area.

L'iniziale difficoltà della lingua (io non parlo inglese) è stata abbondantemente superata dalla cordialità nei rapporti interpersonali. Famiglia splendida con due bambini educati e gentili. Con Corinna e con Adam c'è stato, da subito, un buon rapporto. Famiglia splendida, ordinata e rispettosa delle cose e dell'appartamento. Hanno lasciato tutto in perfetto ordine. E' stato un grande piacere e un arrichimento fare la loro conoscenza. Mi auguro di averli graditi ospiti, nel futuro. Garantisco ad altri host per il loro comportamento.
