Very nice view over the city, with a pretty nice outside deck. It was conveniently located to museums and shopping, while being in a residential area. We appreciated the sunsets.

Wonderful stay

This unit is spotless and is better than described in the listing. Check-in was easy and explained exactly. Beds were comfortable. View is amazing. Apostolos is a great host. We had a flat tire on the rental car and he offered to help us. Would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic view

Very nice apartment. But there is too little plates, forks, glasses and other things in the kitchen. There is not even four similar wineglasses or a big plate to be used in the oven. A dishwasher would have made everything 5 star.

Nice Place

This is an apartment with an amazing view of Thessaloniki. It is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We found that the bathrooms smelled like sewage when the window was closed. The couch is not super comfortable. The air conditioner also spit out little black pellets of dust when we used it, and we swept these up, but it would have been nice to know this beforehand so that it wasn’t so strange to find it all over the kitchen. Our other concern is the walk back to this VRBO — the last couple of blocks are very steep, so if you have any mobility concerns, using a taxi or driving will be better options. This VRBO is in a relatively quiet place, and it is nice that the neighborhood is out of the way, depending on how close you want to be to everything. Overall, I think this was a good stay at a nice place with a couple of hiccups.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick, Olympblick und Stadtblick: besser geht es nicht !Wenn wir wieder in Thessaloniki sind, würden wir unbedingt wieder diese Wohnung buchen: auch die Lage war perfekt, Buslinien vor der Tür, aber auch fußläufig alles zu erreichen.

Schönes Penthouse

Apotolos ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Das Penthouse ist modern, großzügig und mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Ja es gibt nur 4x Besteck und Geschirr, aber das genügt auch wenn man es Abwaschen muss ;-) Dafür gab es einen Kameraüberwachten Privatparkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wohnung wie beschrieben - empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Die Lage ist ruhig im 4. Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Es war im Allgemeinen sauber, Kleinigkeiten hätten besser sein können. Die Einrichtung ist funktional. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr ist zu wenig (nur 4 Teller, 4 Tassen, 4 Gläser, 4-mal Besteck). Parkplätze gibt es in Straße, wenn auch nicht immer vor dem Haus. Für einen Urlaub in der Stadt (Zentrum ca. 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß, Auto sollte man lassen) und Umgebung ist es prima, Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor dem Haus. Unbedingt probieren muss die Kuchen und Desserts bei Makē (300 Meter die Straße weiter) und den Vaggos Grill (sehr lecker und preiswert). Mit ein wenig Englisch kommt man gut zurecht. In der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) gibt es Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter. Nutzen sollte man auch die “Cultural Route” (Bus No. 50) – Abfahrt beim weißen Turm.

Wer das Stadtleben liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Abgehoben zum Rest der Stadt ist der rundum Blick grandios. Morgens über den Dächern Thessalonikis mit Meeresblick. Die Abendstimmung auf dem Balkon rundet den Tag mit einem guten Glas Wein ab. Einfach herrlich …. ;0) Zum Getümmel geht es in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da es um die Ecke einen Kiosk, Kleinmarkt und Bäcker mit allem wichtigen gibt. Direkt neben dem Bäcker gibt es leckere Bougatsa mit griechischen Kaffee, Frape oder auch andere Kaffeesorten.

Perfect Stay with Glorious View

We loved the sunny apartment with windows on three sides of the combined open layout living room, dining room, kitchen with a beautiful view from our top floor of the castle and old town above and the city and the ocean below. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up a storm. The beds were firm and it was great to have two full baths—a perfect arrangement for two couples. We had use of a covered parking space—a great convenience which avoided our circling for parking after a night out. The quiet residential neighborhood had a large grocery store, excellent local bakery (try the Bogatsa, a local pastry) and pharmacy within walking distance. We also easily walked to the center of town (Aristotelous Square) and the waterfront promenade. The hosts were available by phone to answer questions and were very helpful. We are already planning our next trip to Thessaloniki and hope to be staying here.

Nice apartment

Very friendly host! The apartment's view is super. On the 4th floor, easily reachable by a small elevator. It has 2 small bedrooms each with a bathroom and airco. It has a bbq and a washing machine. Also a piano, which our kids used to practice, ok piano, playable but needs tuning. So apartment has allyou need. 15 minute walk down to the center, way back last 250m is a pretty steep upwards walk. Coffee bar and small bakery is 200m upwards, which I reccommend. I would avoid going through the park behind Rotonda, it has some not so nice looking dudes there. All in all a very nice place to discover Thessaloniki!

Strongly recommended!

Excellent location - quiet neighbourhood, easy and quick access to town as well as to the motorway, and you get all what your need from local shops and amenities within less than 10 minutes walk. There are also bus stops nearby though we didn't use them as we hired a car. Parking is safe and convenient. The flat feels quite spacious, and all facilities are in good conditions. Communication with the landlord was smooth, clear, and very efficient from the early stage of booking and throughout the moving in/out. and even after! We have left a valuable item behind, called Apostolos from the airport and he was very kind to arrange for it to be posted with DHL the following day. The only 'problem' we had was lack of cloth hangers, which I am sure Apostolos would have been happy to supply if we had asked! He didn't hesitate at all when we asked for a second set of towels :-) In short, we would love to visit again!

Amazing views, very clean, great communication had a blast in Thessaloniki

This apartment is luxury personified. Amazing views, very clean with all modern amenities. Apostolos is easy to reach and can respond soonest if there is a problem, parking spot was the key for us as well as the elevator for all your tourist buys. Thanks for a relaxing great time in Thessaloniki, we will be back again.

Ένα τέλειο σπιτι .εκπληκτική θέα, υπέροχη διακοσμηση,ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες.Ζεστο νερο 24 ωρες και το καλοριφερ δουλευε αψογα.Κρεβατια ανετα.Ενα ασφαλέστατο σπίτι αν έχεις παιδια. Ιντερνετ ταχύτατο για επαγγελματιες. Εξαιρετική μόνωση.ηλιολουστο.ευκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης για κάποιον που θέλει να περπατησει, διαφορετικά η διαδρομή με το ταξί κοστίζει 3,50€. Το εκθεσιακό κέντρο απέχει 970 μετρα. Είναι ίσως καλύτερο από τις φωρογραφιες Θα ξανά πάμε σιγουρα.Σας ευχαριστούμε για την πολύ καλή φιλοξενια

What an awesome apartment! Great views and location.

We so enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was modern and CLEAN and within walking distance of White Tower and the boardwalk and also the Rotunda to see amazing sunsets. The view from this top floor apartment was truly spectacular and we liked how it backed up to an open green area. The owners’ family all live in this 4-unit building. Mom came up with an extra blanket for us and she was lovely. Other than that we never saw or heard them. The building is upscale with a marble staircase. It is a real gem and we would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Thessaloniki. :)
