Our team in the Rental Department has big experience in the tourism sector, as most of us used to work in hotels as receptionists.

Prior to your arrival, we send you all the necessary arrival information, including driving directions, safe key box passwords, etc. In addition, we assist you to plan various activities that will make your stay memorable. We reply at any specific requests you may have and we arrange excursions to discover Crete’s real treasures, shuttle transfer, rental car, private chef, bicycling, etc. From the moment you arrive, you know that whatever you need during your stay there will always be someone there to offer any assistance or to help with any request you may have. Our phones are available, we respond directly and we help you feel secure about your decision to book any of the houses we manage.

Plakoti village is just 600 m from the closest village of Adele where you can find super markets, cafe, bakeries and more. This peaceful place is only 3,5 km from the beach and 8 km from city of Rethymno. Arkadi Monastery, the place where Cretans sacrificed against Turcks back in 1866 by blowing the gun powder keg to avoid captivity, is only 15 km away from the complex. Within a 40-50 minutes’ drive you will also find Drimos gorge with a unique natural heritage. In the gorge hidden in the rocks is the little church of Agios Antonios (Saint Antonios) which is built literally in them.

Much thought and consideration have been devoted to the architectural planning of Plakoti Village, with the traditional Cretan village being used as a prototype. The houses have modern, efficiently equipped interiors combined with simple Cretan comfort, and offer privacy and peacefulness. Plakoti Village is an attractive place to spend your holiday, enjoying in peace and quiet. It is away from the busy tourist areas but still close to the sandy beach and all necessary amenities. The closest village of Agia Paraskevi is just a short walk away. The long sandy beach is 2.5 km away. Also the distance to Rethymno town is 9 km.

Anatoli 13 is a house with a small garden and is located in Plakoti Village complex. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a fire place.
At the furnished patio you can enjoy your meals and on the terrace's sunbeds you can relax enjoyed the sea view, the olive groves and the gorge.
There is also a parking place outside of the complex. This three bedroom 100 m² holiday home with a small garden is located in Plakoti Village. At the shared 200m² pool which is spread over two levels, you can enjoy endless swimming and sunbathing. Sun loungers are provided at the pool area.
The location of the holiday house is very practical since it is placed 6km from Rethymno, halfway between Chania and Heraklion. This location will give you easy access to the most famous destinations in Crete.
