18th century mansion with stunning views of the historic center

The residence preserves a centuries-old history of an ancient Salento house.
Its irregular architecture only enhances its particularity: once you cross the entrance door, what surprises you is the succession of rooms that evoke different eras, the porches, the terrace, the courtyard, the bedrooms, each retain a particular element that our guests will discover with pleasure.

The house is located in a quiet area of the historic centre, away from noise and traffic, an ideal place to spend your holiday in complete relaxation.

A few kilometres separate Nardò from the capital, Lecce, as well as from the lively Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo. In half an hour by car you can reach the cape of S. Maria di Leuca, or Otranto, the gateway to the East.

Highly recommended stay in the beautiful Salento

Caterina's place was amazingly well organized, comfortable, clean and beautifully located. We were a large group and we all were able to enjoy the place without too much confusion or getting in each others way. The place is exactly as described. Air conditioning was extremely welcomed and fully functional. The kitchen was fully appointed. The location is perfect: in the center of the beautiful historic center of Nardo', away from the Salento crowds, while at the same time a few minutes from the crystalline waters of the nearby coast. This home comes highly recommended. Book it now while it is available

Appartement avec terrasse dans le quartier historique de Nardo

Appartement très agréable, avec de beaux volumes, dans la zone piétonne de Nardo. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la terrasse.Très calme, très bien situé pour profiter des magnifiques plages de la côte ionienne (Santa Maria al bagno, porto cesareo...) et des villes de Lecce, Gallipoli, Otrante. Merci à Eligio pour son accueil attentionné.

Vacanza da ripetere

Location incantevole, nel centro storico di una bellissima città salentina ricca di storia e cultura. Da Nardò possono essere facilmente raggiunte in auto incantevoli spiagge di sabbia fine o affascinanti coste rocciose caratterizzate da un mare stupendo; anche città come Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Galatina possono essere raggiunte comodamente ed in poco tempo. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura dal 17 al 24 Agosto e la città, molto viva e ricca di eventi, non presentando un turismo di massa ci ha dato la possibilità di trascorrere serenamente le nostre vacanze anche in un periodo particolarmente affollato. L'accoglienza del proprietario è a stata a dir poco fantastica, persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e premurosa (ci sono stati offerti all'arrivo deliziosi pasticciotti, un ottimo vino, pesche ed i taralli tipici pugliesi, oltre all'acqua messa in frigo) . La casa è perfetta, fresca, curata nei minimi particolari, dotata di tutti i servizi ed ancora più bella di quanto possa apparire nelle foto. Che dire...una vacanza meravigliosa da ripetere assolutamente. Antonio &c.

Typical and wonderfull

A wonderfull typical house in the historical center of Nardo which is a startegical place to visit and enjoy Salento. The house is big, very clean, well equipped and near all commodities and historical Barocco interests of the city. The architectur of the house is very typical of Salento with a wonderfull terrace and three big bedrooms with individual bathrooms and private access around it. The kitchen is also very big and well equipped. A specific bravo for the view on a typical quite place of Nardo with two good restaurants and a big big thank you to Eligio who warmly welcomed us and took care of us during all hollidays. All was perfecto 😊and I fully recommand this place!
