The palace, part of Lecce's architectural heritage and protected by the Superintendence, is listed among the Italian Historic Residences. The first part of the building dates back to the 16th century, while later renovations gave it its current Baroque charm, featuring the famous ortale balcony attributed to Giuseppe Manieri, an important figure of Lecce's Baroque style.
The building is spread over two floors and offers a splendid 200 m² terrace set up as a hanging garden; a staircase leads to a smaller terrace with a private pool for your exclusive use.
On the ground floor, you enter through a hallway with a wardrobe and marble bathroom; next are the lounges and dining room. The first lounge, with a painted ceiling and hand-carved Lecce stone frame, is furnished with original 17th-century pieces. The “fireplace lounge” offers a large artisanally rebuilt hearth, while the dining room, with tapestries and a period table, recalls ancient noble residences. The floor is completed by a fully equipped kitchen, cellar, pantry, and a service room with bathroom.
A wrought iron staircase leads to the upper floor, where the rooms collapsed over time have been rebuilt. Here you will find a spacious living room, the master bedroom with terrace, stone fireplace, study, bathroom with whirlpool tub, and a fitness area with high-quality equipment. There are also two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms decorated with local ceramics and a single room convertible into a double, all with private outdoor spaces.
The palace is surrounded by a well-equipped garden, also accessible from the inner courtyard. It is located in a restricted traffic area of the historic center, with parking about 100 meters away.
