A few kilometers from Lecce immersed in the colors and tranquility of the Grecìa Salentina countryside stands "La Dimora dei Gelsi". The villa, in a contemporary and minimalist style, is equipped with all the comforts (wifi, TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). It consists of a living room with fireplace, sofa bed and open kitchen, three bedrooms, two wc and a large living room surrounded by glass windows with sliding doors overlooking the garden and equipped with comfortable seating, smart TV and hifi system. Ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Outside the villa is embellished by a delightful swimming pool with a relaxing space shaded by pines and eucalyptus trees. The best for a holiday of nature, privacy and comfort just a short distance from the beautiful beaches of Vernole (11 km), Melendugno (12 km) and Otranto (16 km). We accept pets.

Super séjour dans la maison de Pierfausto. Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour incroyable. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine superbe. Pierfausto est hyper réactif et a vraiment répondu à toutes nos attentes. Je recommande à 100%.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf dem sehr großen, ruhig gelegenen Grundstück genossen. Der tolle Pool hat alles abgerundet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung. Eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst, es wäre toll, wenn diese vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnte.

Parfait !

En premier lieu un accueil très chaleureux de Pierfausto et de son épouse malgré une arrivée tardive en raison d'un retard de vol. Doublé d'un départ très matinal un dimanche matin, toujours en raison de l'horaire du vol et toujours avec le sourire et la bienveillance de nos hôtes qui nous ont offert des pâtisseries. Bref des propriétaires très accueillants, sympathiques et réactifs à toutes nos demandes. La villa est très bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Il ne manque rien pour passer un très bon moment. Le jardin est magnifique ! La piscine est de bonne taille mais la saison ne nous a malheureusement pas permis d'en profiter... Bref, je recommande vivement cette location ! Encore un grand merci Pierfausto :)

Na een lang super smal weggetje kom je bij een afgesloten hek. Aan de andere zijde een oase van moderne luxe en rust. Een goed zwembad en een zeer uitgebreid terrein. Prima ingericht modern huis voorzien vaN alle gemakken.

Meravigliosa vacanza

La casa è stupenda, rispecchia totalmente le foto e la descrizione che si trova sul sito, molto bella, pulita, comoda, spaziosa, ben arredata e con tutto quello che ci poteva essere necessario, circondata da un bellissimo giardino, ricco di piante, curatissimo e davvero rilassante, la piscina ben tenuta. L'aspetto più piacevole è però l'attenzione per l'ospite che hanno dimostrato i proprietari, sono gentili, disponibili e forniscono informazioni utilissime per esplorare Puglia. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque e speriamo vivamente di poterci tornare l'anno prossimo Il soggiorno indimenticabile.
