This beautifully blended villa for 10 is peacefully immersed amongst fields of olive groves outside the historic town of Martano. The accommodation combines contemporary architecture and fittings with a beautifully converted stone-built Trullo.

The property is surrounded by an expansive fenced garden with a gorgeous new heated pool and two covered terraces providing plenty of tranquil space to relax, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, or dine alfresco.

Inside the accommodation is arranged across two separate buildings with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two comfortable open-plan living spaces that incorporate kitchens and ample space for dining.

These spaces are furnished with flat-screen TVs, comfortable sofas, and dining tables. Both kitchens are fitted with a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven and a fridge freezer, making it a joy to prepare meals.

Sleeping

Bedrooms 1-3: Three bedrooms feature air conditioning and are furnished with a double bed.

Bedroom 4: The 4th bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also benefits from air conditioning.

Extra: There’s also a comfortable double sofa bed in the main living room.

Bathrooms 1 - 3: All three modern bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

Location

The property is peacefully located amongst fields of olive groves, a 6-minute drive from the centre of the small historic town of Martano. Here, visitors can discover the original medieval walls, historic buildings, and soak up the atmosphere or try the local cuisine at one of the many excellent restaurants in the town.

The equally pretty town of Melendugno is also close by (an 8-minute drive). Here, every Wednesday morning, the town hosts a weekly market, which is the best place to find the freshest local produce, from olive oil and cheeses to honey and fruit.

For those keen on further exploration, the picturesque towns of Otranto and Lecce provide more history and culture and are approximately a 25-minute drive. Beach lovers will find the Ionian coast just a 10-minute drive away. offering sun-soaked days by the water.

Golfers will enjoy the two courses near the town of Acaya, or more exercise and a hike through unspoiled Mediterranean countryside, there is the WWF nature reserve of Le Cesine, both are a 25-minute drive.

The closest international airport is Brindisi (BDS), located approximately an hour\'s drive away.
